I assume this is in response to Prep beating Pearl again last night. And yeah, it does kind of put a dent in the myth.

please, prep is by far the best football team in academy ball, where as, pearl isn't exactly a powerhouse.

They can't beat a school their size, much less a larger school. Hell, the worst public school is better than the best academy.

Newton County did beat Prep this year -- now, that's a similarly sized school.

This is a down year for Prep, so I would not be sure that Prep is by far the best football team in academy ball.
