Graveman didn't have it good tonight, but was still getting ground balls...

like he always does. Just found holes or we made mistakes to get the outs. Gotta give their pitcher credit though. He had us under control for the first 6 innings. Then we get it going a little only to hit into 2 dp's and a base running error. Dang, we needed the sweep this weekend. Our boys better play with more emotion these next 11 innings and let's hope Lindgren has a dominant Saturday!

We had our chances and the bad call at

First on Henderson hurt. Need to win this next one and take care of business tomorrow.

I disagree there... They weren't hitting grounded that found holes... They had 10 hits and most of those were line drives. Auburn touched him up pretty good.

I won't lie, I missed the first few innings. What I saw was ground balls but I missed the first 2 innings. Still, Graveman didn't get any help from the O. It's a shame he has a sub 2.00 era and is only 5-3 because we can't score runs when he's pitching.

Yea, just wasn't meant to be I guess...

we got cheated out of the run in the second plus we might have gotten more with Frazier coming up. Then on top of that every run they scored was with the aid of a Bulldog error. Well, I know they didn't call the Frazier play an error but it certainly was a play that could have been made and gotten us out of the inning. And then Ammarati brainfarted on the basepaths and took us out of a bases loaded situation with Detz coming up. We had just enough screwups to lose a close game. Need to have our bats going tomorrow. If you can score some runs then every little play is not quite so magnified. Just so happened that Auburn had their best guy going tonight.

He did not pitch bad. Only gave up one earned run. Not his best stuff but kept us in the game.

I am pretty sure the ammo play at the plate is on mingonie (sp?). He came off the field and went straight up the tunnel. When he came back you could see him very disgusted at himself. Tyler Bratton walked up to him then a few players to keep his spirits up.

I still have no clue why he did that.
A. It's a slow runner
B. the heart of the lineup up is up
C. Renfroe would have gotten to bat In the 9th.
D. What pisses me off the most is we let them off the hook. They took advantage of our mistakes. While we gave them a out.

Well oh well, biggest game so far of the year tomorrow. Need a win with vandy on the horizon. Hopefully the crowd will have a spark tomorrow. It was pretty dead tonight but the team played the same way. I'm ready to see Cohen show that spark that he had his first few years. Meet the coming off the field and get them fired up
