This is the kind of writing I was hoping for in Matt Wyatt. Reporters all do the best they can but only a former player call tell the story like this.

Matt confirmed what I was thinking. Wes was playing more like someone concerned with losing their job than the returning starter from a bowl winning team. There should've been no plans for a 2 qb system. Hand the ball to the 1st string qb, let him guide the team, and get the win.
