Exactly, it's as if that 2nd half vs UNC angered Petrino, instead of what it should have done... which would be - finding the balance back in this offense.

Agree. Coaches always talk about getting the backs involved more in the game plan and then they get down 7-0 and abandon it.
It's hard to argue with the offensive success that this team has produced with LJ there but giving the defense another legitimate weapon to think about is paramount when it's one as talented as Clemson's.
If any of the so called experts on here need more proof just go back to last year's game in Death Valley. Radcliff and Jeremy Smith ran 20 times for 120 yards and helped fuel the comeback. And I don't think either one of those guys are in Malik Williams' class.
Now about that leaky defense.......
