Whenever athletes use that as an excuse, it's just really hard to believe. First, the team's and the organization (NBA, NFL, etc.) make sure that information is EVERYWHERE. Secondly, if you're a professional athlete of any sport, the common sense would be to ask before you take any supplement not given to you by the team doctors.
