This is insane for someone who hasn’t coached in years and has a fairly mediocre record overall in his prior coaching stops. Good for him, but I don’t think is a slam dunk or worth anything near this amount.

To be fair, Sebastian Janikowski was drafted first in 2000 and is still in the League.

They used another 1st round pick on Ray Guy, and he's in the Hall of Fame.

As a raiders fan I am completely happy with the hire. And not too concerned with the money. They obviously have it to spend

That’s a fair point, but not coaching in years and pretty good doesn’t justify $100 million in my book. But it’s not my money.
