Big stretch there to tie and take the lead. Glad to see Modano get an early series goal. Turco making some big saves. Need to keep up the intensity in the third period. I really like to win Game 1s. Start the series off on the right note.

I just can't get over how well this team has played overall in the playoffs... I say this still after we just allowed Cheechoo's goal to tie it up... but there's just an extra bit of fight in this team... I love it...

Either way, this is going to be a hell of a series...

I think it took a while after the Richards trade to figure everything out and get the chemistry just right. But everything has gelled at the right time. This team certainly has a never-say-die attitude about them. I like the toughness they've displayed through the playoffs so far too. Turco is playing his best at playoff time, which is another big factor. This is going to be a great series. Now, time to nut up and win Game 1.

You know... the Stars started the playoffs 8 for their first 18 on the power play... then missed their next 17... and now.... a HUGE PP goal in game 6 against Anaheim... and then Mo's goal on the job in the second...

So big "duh" statement here... special teams good = Dallas has chance to win... special teams bad = Dallas struggles...

I never felt good about that 2-1 lead. The Sharks were getting too much time in the Dallas zone in the 3rd period. Good thing the Stars came out aggressive in OT.

It has been a pleasure seeing Morrow develop as a Star. I dare say he's the ONLY good draft pick other than Turco since the era that Hatcher and Lehtinen were picked.

Wow, what an ending! Morrow with the HUGE goal. Can't say enough about Ribeiro tonight. He was everywhere on the offensive end tonight. Turco was great. This team just keeps finding ways to win right now. Gritty, tough game.
