Guys, quit arguing about the game we got outcoached today.

On every offensive possession today with the small line up in, when the ball was shot JV was the only one under the boards-1st problem. With that line up in 4 have to crash the boards with Bost dropping back and looking for the long rebound. Second problem-we did nothing when OM dropped into that 2-3 zone, only Bost made an attempt to penetrate twice. Have to penetrate to beat a zone! Third problem- I have said before, our perimeter players are physically weak, and cannot man up on players like Huertas, White, or Graham. Those guys are much stronger then Bost, Ravern, and Randy. Rick needs to use the "lttle boy" ine up at different times of the game for spirt runs, but definitely needs to keep playing Osby, BJ, Augustus, and Bailey with JV at times just to give them more playing time and to create some big man mismatches.

UK will kill us if play them with the "little boy" line up. Stans and Co. better get it together real quick-I'm smelling NIT right now, maybe.

What did coaching have to do with 8 or 9 air balls, because of bad shots? What did coaching have to do with Varnado traveling 3 or 4 times with the ball? Ole Miss wanted it more. This loss falls on the players. You can't take as bad of shots as we did today and expect to win. And none of these shots were because of not being able to run the offense, because they were shooting them as soon as they got across half court. It amazes the **** out of me how every loss falls on Stans. Did he coach a perfect game? Probably not, but to blame him for the loss when our players took bad shot after bad shot is not his fault. Hell, we couldn't even get any of our players to get on the damn floor for the ball. We went through the motions and Ole Miss hit us in the mouth is all it boils down to.

simply put, OM wanted it more. We were out hustled...

I do think JV walked like he did, due to pressure on him to provide an inside presence. If so, that backfired.

"What did coaching have to do with Varnado traveling 3 or 4 times with the ball? "

had everything to do with that- Our staff isnt coaching our post players well enough to keep him from doing that and their coaching staff saw on film that Jarvis would stumble or shuffle his feet when his defender gave ground. That was all about coaching

Bad shots? How about having a coach that will get in their *** during a TO when that happens?

Went through the motions? Who's to blame for not being ready to play?

same coaches that coached Austin, and Roberts... So they are doing something different now?

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make the mother 17'er drink.

So Varnado travels like that all the time? This is his 1st game to have this problem and only 1 was because of the defender giving ground. The others were because he was double teamed and tried to fight through them.

You're right. But with this young team, it's hard to just jump their ***. Jump their *** for shooting a bad shot and then you get what happened to Benock last year. Gun shy. Stewart should 17ing know better. He's a damn Junior. Turner is Turner. Dudes going to have games like that. That's why it's frustrating watching him play.

Did you even see the 1st part of the game? We jumped their ***, but then went through the motions. Hell, if you can't get up for a 17ing game with your rival and play balls out all game, then you shouldn't be playing competitive sports. I mean we didn't have 1 person play like Huertas did today. If we did, then we beat Ole Miss. I can't stand Huertas cocky ***, but that SOB is always going to give you an all out effort. Too bad we don't have anyone like that guy.
