Note that everyone in the past comes into The Glen by taking Park St north off Roosevelt after getting off 355. Park St at Roosevelt is a war zone of construction so take Main St off Roosevelt and go into town which will turn you east on Crescent toward Park St. If you go right at Park & Crescent the parking lots are immediately over the train tracks.

Park in Lombard and Uber. Particularly if you have a domestic car or low level import. There is a caviar search done on cars rolling in to GE. Make sure you have some Beluga to bribe the cops.

Police don’t set up checkpoints until 11:30am. Come early and head over to Marche’ where they will set you up with a proper charcuterie plate using a nice $120 pâté’.

Bring your galoshes because Duchon sprinkles lost their caps last night and all the water on the field will spill off towards the visitor stands creating river channels to the lake.

This game was 49-6, about halfway through the 3rd qtr. I was very pleased with GWs play, especially the O-line. It's the best they've played in 2018, and is the kind of game I'd expect to see them play, if they are to have a chance against LWE next week.

You really are looking for a visit to the GE jail, which is somewhat like the Ritz-Carlton but the food isn't as good.

There is talk of building a channel around the field that could hold kayaks where you could stay in motion around the field before spilling down into the lake. Be careful though because there is a village ordinance that forbids kayaking on Duchon on game days.

I had not heard of the channel. I did see Crossbones at Home Depot this mornIng with blueprints to surround the playing surface of Duchon with sandbags. His free time is now that the Brook is finished. I overheard him calling Material Service to have the sand delivered undercover Sunday night during martini time. Rumor is Ivlow has the line coach helping to fill the bags.
