Been reading a lot online. If GW players put the time into working on their craft, watching film and using these *** whippings by Salem as motivation to get better as they do barking back at former players giving them constructive criticism then maybe they could compete with the Spartans. I know you’re being funny Maroon Dude but it’s a lot that a lot of programs can learn from your Spartans.
Salem will hit. Not scared of anyone. Even if though they aren’t one of those “high octane” programs with tons of athletes year in and year out.

Actually Salem has had more athletes in the program the last 5 seasons. Lots of D1 talent
Lots of yes. Seems like the overall talent outside of 3-4 guys though is typically lower than the competition in late playoff games. Not bad football players, still great high school players actually, but not the high end speed or size that later playoff teams to seem to have at every position. Look at the offensive line size last year. Lots of 5-9 to 6’ 205 lbs types. Great in salems scheme but they aren’t Alex light high end potential.

I would agree that the line talent may have fallen off the last 5 years, but linebackers, d backs, and running back talent is as good or better than any school in the state any level.
Last few years----Mcdonald twins, Zavione Wood, Peyton Lewis, Chris Cole, Chauncey Logan, Persinger brothers, Jaeylen Allen, Coen Logan and go back a few more years Ramsey brothers
@southbottomU Add just one of those guys to each of 2006 to 2014 roster and you probably have 3 to 4 more rings and a lot of runner ups.
It used to be Salem lived off tough hard nosed kids who played above their physical talent level. Since DLo that just hasn't been the case. Salem has had a boat load of physical talent
