Re: GYER36-0
FOR: Pirogi fans going to Cleveland this weekend- my cousin had a fantastic sit-down restaurant called
"Parma Pierogi's" which she funded from her massive family in the early 1990s serving many of my father's side of the family's old country recipes but when she went to upgrade her facilities to get into the "frozen food" aisles, she got royally hosed ago (a very long long story) -YET- she's is a MF'ing fighter and though she had to close up shop (16+ years ago), our family recipes are now in all of the major grocery stores up there and she is looking to go National.
I recommend picking up a few cases on your way out of Cleveland.

Typically, we heat up a saute pan with 2+ tbl-spoons of butter, with a ton of onions/green onions and get them golden brown.
My wife is keen to even throw some green peas into the mix and they are fantastic as a meal -or- side dish.
You can also use them myriads of ways i.e. throw in some fried Italian sausage, mozzarella/provolone, marina and make the EASIEST, Finest tasting lasagna ever.

-Just reading WCS's reaction to WV's bs quotes yesterday has me incredibly hyped-up about tonight's game...bring it on MF'ers, show us what you got there and REMEMBER that you are the one's that made this personal.
