^ I'd agree with that. Went there multiple times w/ plans of eating & ended up drinking at the bar for a bit and then and walking to Proof or Marketplace.

Grangier's new place, Le Moo, is opening in the next month or so at the corner of Lexington and Grinstead.

Mid level priced locally owned steakhouse. Gonna have live jazz in the bar. Looking forward to this place.

Sounds like a really/fun neat place and I know he's a little bit out there... but could he not have named it something else? [sick]

It will surely be huge hit just like Village Anchor, and something different, but I swear that name alone makes me want to boycott.

Should have went with a one word name like Mesh or Tryst imo.

Carne would work.

Looks like the Space Jam sequel with LeBron is officially going to happen. Who are the Monstars stealing their powers from this time? I'm going with Wall, Westbrook, Blake Griffin, AD, and Dwight.

Grangier churching up his last name makes me want to [sick].

Was "GranGEER".

Now "Granj-eeah" or whatever.

He did a really good job with Village Anchor & the bar below, Sea Hag. Good spot with fair price points. Fun atmosphere.

The name pronunciation stuff is indeed a bit much.

Like the location because I could walk to/from if and there will be a viable steakhouse option if you don't want drop major coin like Ruby's or Ruth's Chris.

Enjoy Del Frisco's more bc of it's crusty, no thrills novelty but the food is dece at best. Like Pat's but for the same reason.

I rarely eat fast food, but it seems like *everytime* their milkshake machine is broken. Seems about half the time the shake machine is down regardless of franchise or location although DQ has the worst service and most frequent breakdowns. So my question is: are milkshake machines the most fragile POS in the country(even CFA has this issue) or are milkshakes a pain in the *** and the kid/methmouth/convict working is just lying because of laziness. I guess what im really asking is, do milkshake machines really work?

I know a fraction more about small scale projects but yeah it's not going to be 95% on gameday. It'll be open and fine but I would think game 3-4 would be 95%.

Watched Tucker's peiscope tour.

Place is going to be super badass when it's all said and done. Can somewhat visualize what'll look like. Modern, sleek, and tasteful.

All that being said... You can easily tell by Russ Pear's body language how very far they have to go and how stressed he is with this deadline. Not to mention Franklin is dead on... Not ONE area is completely finished yet.

The shells are in place but everything stills looks like a war zone. Sept 5... Wow. Hope so.

I know CWS and all the new facilities are going to be great. I just wonder what a stadium like Kyle Field is going to have that makes what UK is doing look very meh. Other than adding a ton of seats. $450 million vs $120 million should bring them some nice new toys.

Have no idea if CWS will be largely done by 9/5. Because I have no experience in my lifetime overseeing a $125M project. My bleacher will be done, the field for the team's to play on will be done. Scoreboard will be turned on.

Good `nuff.

So our boy Jamal built on his solid opening performance last night by basically dominating from the moment he entered the game. 5 immediate points in his first 45 seconds on his way to 20 while basically being the best player on the floor. Even more impressive considering he's the youngest player in Canadian National Team History & playing against grown men/veteran pros.

Good gracious we are going to be fun to watch next year.

Kid is a S-T-U-D. He's been awesome in pretty much every single game he's played over the last 4-5 months. Just murking people.

I love his game, too. Finishes well. Terrific range. Good passer and ballhandler. What a trio of guards.

GYEROLYMPICS...Hottest day that summer. Was stifling.

What a day. Never forget 73 getting all pissed off about the rims at Seneca. He wouldn't let it go.

GYERO brass needs to go ahead and rename me Champion since I was the 1st Runner Up and we all know the Bonz was on some serious PED's.

He's really strong finishing, something I didn't quite realize. He's the full package...what a pretty stroke, can create space and get a shot any time.

A little sneaky swag as well, notice his little Booker-esque looks at people after most of those buckets; apparently that game/rivalry is pretty chippy, and he seemed to thrive in it.

Looks like someone who will be getting Lotto love from Day 1.

Here's a reminder:

If you "stadium-heads" haven't checked out the new Kyle field, you should: http://kylefield.com/

The plaza on the end of the stadium is a Reveille graveyard.

It faces a $450k video board on the outside of the stadium, so the dogs can see them score.

Speaks volumes that they had the kid in there in the last minutes of a tie game.

Becoming pretty clear early that he's really a "Starter". Understand them not wanting to push the kid in front of vets from the outset, but he's definitely going to make their Olympic squad and be a key player going forward. This is great experience for him.

Murray seems to have great pace. Kid looks to always always be in control. Not overly flashy. Knows how to get the shot he wants and sees the play ahead of time. Lamb had that quality.

Doesn't shy away from contact either.

Man.. We are going to be fun to watch next year.

Wife and I celebrating 32nd anniversary today. I'm more convinced now than ever that almost any two people can have a really good marriage if they choose to do so.

*If* Murray and Briscoe click the **** talking will never stop next year. Couldn't be more excited about it, IMO.
