People just had a loose doberman roaming the premises? South End AF, imo.

We just found out my tenant had lied about the new dog she got in the spring. She told me it was a smaller "lab-mix" they rescued. Come to find out its actually a put bull with maybe some slum-lab mixed in. I would probably be ok with it if she hadnt lied and hid the dog the few times ive been by... but her doing that makes me think its a lunatic maniac killer so I kindly let he now via notarized letter that either the dog can be gone by the end of the week or she can make other living arrangements. I'm not having a rabid mutt kill a kid on my property. Im as big of a dog guy as there is, but im also real into responsible owners which she is not.

Not hard to imagine Adrian with rabies, probably looks like after he finished a bottle of gin.

Good luck with all the repairs you have to make after she destroys everything on her way out.

Fun Fact: I haven't bought a bottle of Gin in at least 5-6 years, maybe longer.

Bourbon & Crafties 90% of the time for dad. Wine the rest, or even Vodka if out.

Still enjoy a G&T to switch it up now and then, but I seriously burnt myself out on the stuff. Now sure why lol, I only had a little bit of it.

If you insure the home and it counts against your loss ratio, suck it up.

If it's insured elsewhere, picture time.

Not sure what you mean. I personally inspect (& archive pictures) of every home I insure...company policy.

Anyways, this was actually a favor for my Agency Manger, who's in Gulf Shores. It's a purchase, his clients to not own the home yet, not their dogs...no clue who lives there now. Obviously some Valley Station rednecks.

It was a nice place though.

He means take pictures of your injuries, make a claim against the Homeowner's Insurance company, and get paid for the dog bite. Meds + pain and suffering + a scar = you'll get something out of it. Maybe not much, but enough to line your pockets with menthols, gin, and **** towels.

Ah.

No interest in that...plus, don't want anything to happen to the dog, even if it bit me.

Wife is bringing home a tetanus shot tonight to give me, it's free. All good over here except the mental anguish I'm suffering from mean & insensitive people in GYERO.

Can I file a claim against (or sue) BRax? I'd be ALL about that. :100points:

-Meh, after going through childbirth I've completely backed off all that and it was all jokingly. Do that **** on your own timeline. Now, I will continue to give PTI(pti) **** about his situation as does everyone else. Only time I ever told bob to get married was his sloot from VA and that was purely selfish b/c I wanted her to join us at the pool more often.

The tatted chick from NC? If so, she's pretty dope. Started watching that show this weekend. What kind of ridiculous people go on that show?

The same type of ridiculous people that make up about 85% of your non-sports television watching.

-Love how Chase can dismiss me as 'barely injured'. You have no idea what I'm going through, so keep your insensitive thoughts to yourself imo.

-6.5 years in the game slangin insurance, and finally suffered my first dog bite while inspecting a home this morning. Couple of small dogs came out to greet me, then about 2 minutes later a Doberman comes flying around a corner out of nowhere and did a swan dive into my chest...put my hand down as a natural reaction to shield myself and he got my pinky, drew blood. Took off in a full sprint and he ripped the back of my shirt in pursuit....was seriously scary as ****. Off to get a tetanus shot...

Amazed it hasn't happened before, although I've had a few close calls.

Farm Bureau agent in Barren County I believe, years ago was inspecting a home or mobile home and a dog bit him in the groin.

One time, another Farm Bureau agent in one of the small towns had one of those literal rolling on the ground street fights with a city mayor.

I have lots of fond memories from my time there.

Yep. She's a really cool chick and obviously really outgoing, but doesn't go out all that often. Kind of a "one of the guys" personality. Works as a vet tech.

One who by extreme and outrageous conduct intentionally or recklessly causes severe emotional distress to another is subject to liability for such emotional distress, and if bodily harm to the other results from it, for such bodily harm.

For purposes of a claim of intentional infliction of emotional distress, the conduct in question must be extreme, or outrageous and intolerable; it must violate generally accepted standards of decency and morality, and it must be more than bad manners, and must cause severe emotional distress, not just hurt feelings.

Boom. I'd say wishing death upon me qualifies, as he's done multiple times.

Enjoy, Matthew Paul.

Bertha is embarrassing but it brings back great memories when I would walk into Rupp as a kid... See that huge monstrosity hanging and it added to the aura of Rupp.

Glad we are finally going with a nice digital scoreboard.

The janky plastic banner with Rupp's face hanging on the High Street side of Rupp is beyond embarrassing. Absolutely atrocious looking for something of the magnitude of Kentucky Basketball. Looks like something that would be fit to hang outside of a Red Roof Inn facing the interstate.. FREE HBO & CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST.

Had someone step out onto a porch with a gun before, they didn't actually "pull" it on me tho.

...did have a gun actually pulled back in the old Wells Fargo Days, when we actually had to locate cars on occasion for eventual repo though, that wasn't fun. Knocked on a door, and they opened it with a gun pointing straight at me & the girl I was with through the outer glass door. It was my first week or two, and I was basically shadowing her for the day.

-Exactly, Richie.

Only thing I remember about Bertha is trying to explain to visitors what the hell it is. It's awful and should have been replaced 20 years ago.

The wooden sign, meh. Whatever.

Now the new K and switching the direction of the UK flag... those are two we need to worry about.
