Maybe I should set up a Go Fund Me for the f'n dog. [eyeroll]

Buster has chosen not to eat other animals and adhere to a rigorous gluten free diet as he strives to better himself and live a more emotionally fulfilling life. Sadly, Buster is unemployed, and has no marketable skills- much like most of his generation- and this lifestyle choice is not cheap. In order for Buster to be the best basset he can be, he needs to reach his fundraising goal of $6000.00. This should cover the cost of his enlightened diet for the remainder of his life expectancy.

Wodie... I have good friends and family members who live in cool cities.

NOLA in Final Four 2012.. My bro in law's family owned a condo in The Quarter 3 blocks from Jackson Square.

Chicago... Why would I pay for a hotel room right before Christmas when my other bro in law owns a badass 3 story condo in the city with a rooftop view of the skyline? Had my own bedroom & bath. Place was plush and my sister & bro in law wanted me to stay with them.

Mexico... One of my best friend's mom & dad owns 4 bedroom beachfront property with our own staff. It was a couples' trip & we went with owners' son & his lass.

Indy for Sweet 16/Elite 8 in 14 & Final Four in 15.... Really good friends of our family lives in this nice house in Carmel. Had my own bed & bath. Why would I pay ridiculously outrageous prices to stay at hotel during Final Four weekend?

When the lass & I did HHI in June we rented our own beachfront condo for 7 days. I'll drop loot on that bc it involves the lass and I don't have to hear her complain about me spending too much without her.

It's all about contacts. I got em, doggy.

Until you spend $600 for an ophthalmologist to treat your cat's scratched cornea from the cat litter, you haven't lived!1!

Carmel, IN has a weird vibe. Wouldn't be surprised if it was similar to Vinci, CA from True Detective, really.

Of course it could be worse. My sister found out today that her 7 month old lab and beloved children's pet is basically dog handicapped. Her vet, Dr. Gog, recommended putting it out of its misery.

I get it, Rich. Still prefer a hotel at this stage all things considered, even if it costs money. (so long as it's reasonable)

I say "I want my space", and at this age I do -- but ultimately it's about the lass. She basically refuses...it took her 2 years to feel comfortable staying at the Schems, and that's pretty much the *only* place where she can stay comfortably in the company of others these days. (RIP "my room" btw )

It was a fight convincing her to stay at Alex's condo in Nashville last SECT, despite it saving us $2000 for a last minute room (b/c I thought we'd booked a room in advance, but apparently did not) and him promising he would hand off the key and stay with his girl for the weekend. Of course, when she went home the first day & was replaced by wildcatchad that was all taken care of.

[smoke]

-Speaking of Gog, where's Beavis? Don't recall him posting in forever, and he's not even involved in the PGA thread...he's a staple in the golf threads. He dead?

Speaking of missing persons, where is BKH? He usually takes a summer hiatus, but I haven't seen him on twitter either.

Damn, didn't think about that either.

I'm sure it's not the case, but does anyone else ever think about the first GYERO death? I mean, stats say it's going to happen sooner than later...

I always wonder what the 'cut off' is as far as who's funeral you'd attend and what you'd say to their loved ones who had no idea who TF you were. Mainly talking about posters you aren't really "Friends" with, but have talked to every day of your life for 5-15 years or whatever, so pretty much "friends". Hell, I talk to/know more about you fools & your current lives (and vice versa) more than any of my other REAL friends that aren't on this thread. TS

Messed up to think about, I know...but I guarantee I'm not the only person who's thought about this at some point.

Long been a hope of mine that there's a gyero in heaven. Topics could include:

-Raunchy gay couple moved into BBdK's old house.
-Bitching over constant 73 degree days and eternal sunshine.
-Heaven's pizza scene.
-Wodie spying/haunting (sorority houses, homes of petite women in interracial marriages, etc.)
-Arguing over who is next to finally die and catch up with the rest of the crew.

Could be pretty dope, actually.

GYERO - Live From Hell

- Can't believe it's 10,000 degrees again today.

- Why is the 1992 Duke game the only thing that's ever on TV?

- GD it. Here comes Chief.

- Seriously, who stocks this f'n vending machine? There has to be something else to drink other than Zija Water.

- What's everyone wearing to River Downs?

- PTI has to be the fattest, sweatiest person here.

-I saw your sister's post about Honey, Coolcat. Geez, their dog luck has sucked.

-Angus was allergic to all kinds of stuff. Allergy shots, special food, special shampoo, special expensive meds. Yay. Hopefully he feels better soon.

-Breastfeeding is my least favorite part of this kid thing. (I guess I'm just not wired like the ladies who love it.) You won't find me on the cover of any website w/my boobs out. (The headline I saw was something about her breastfeeding her friend's kid?) I did feed George the other evening when Boat was here, but that was with a cover on. And he's a doctor.

-Stadium is coming along. The blue lot is basically paved and with parking space lines. It also appears the windows are all in. I chatted w/some construction workers yesterday and they said it would be ready in time. K.

-Even though I'm not a huge golf fan, it's nice to have some live sports on right now.

Sloot offered me a prime peek of the fully exposed situation when I walked in on her & my wife while she was feeding, but being the gentleman that I am, I respectfully declined and turned my head, which I of course regretted as soon as I walked out of the room.

(still owe me a prime baby boob pic tho, I won't tell Anthony).

Everytime I'm around in the past year or so she's like "HEY LAUREN LOOK AT MY BOOBS OMG YOU WON'T BELIEVE THIS GET OUT OF HERE WODIE"

Pretty much ******** imo, I've known her way longer. Hurts my feelings a lot.

I have zero doubt that thousands of doctors over the years have secretly high fived each other after seeing/touching a hot chick's boobs. You'll never ever convince me otherwise, and this especially applies to Boat.

Outside Doctor's head: "Please remove your clothes for the examination."

Inside Doctor's head: "Damn, her boobs look and feel incredible. Only thing wrong with these are I'm not sucking on them."

Outside Doctor's head: "Hmm...okay...hmm...all done...everything looks great. We'll see you again next year."

I mean, I can't even imagine Pope's cheese/giggles in those situations, both externally & internally.

Has to be next-to-impossible for him to not crack non-appropriate jokes to his co-workers, TS.

Yep. He pretty much has all that stuff. Food, shots, pills, spray, ear wipes and shampoo. He's basically Angus with floppy ears. Even smells awful when it's not under control.
