Awww, I'm so hurt by your opinion, I hope I find strength to get past your utter hate for my internet appearance.

Ted Cruz, Mike Huckabee, and Matt Bevin all going out on a limb and getting selfies with Kin Davis today. Probably lose some LGBT undecided votes because of that, really open the door for someone like Rick Santorum to court them before Iowa.

Bevin lost my vote.

Eh, googling ate up didn't exactly work, obviously. For once we agree however the trick is getting out of a situation without ruining it for the wife. While I'm a human punching bag, she isn't.

[laughing] One of the more entertaining things in GYERO in a while. Pretty sure krazycats isn't going to like the menu either, all that fancy frou frou food. [laughing]

8Up a fancy new 'Rooftop Lounge & Restaurant' (on the 8th Floor, get it?) atop the new Hilton Garden Inn downtown, that's doing everything in it's power to be like NYC/Chicago.

Cool atmosphere/view or spot for happy hour from what I've heard, but everything else seems pretty obnoxious. Priced alongside the best restaurants in Louisville for dinner ([eyeroll]), velvet ropes & doormen after 10pm, etc.

I'll check it out at some point once it's not the 'cool' hotspot for all the local socialites, but certainly no rush.

Seems like a place krazykats would fit in perfectly, highly recommend.

knew he would ultimately fail because he is such an awful fit in every way possible, but I'm shocked at how quickly Cholly Strong is crashing-and-burning at Tejas. Why either side thought that a guy who is a lifelong Florida/SEC/Southeastern territory coach would mesh in a state & conference where he never worked, built relationships in nor recruited I'll never know.

yeah other coaches have been awesome in places where they had no ties, like Saban coming to LSU and Urban to Florida. But those 2 are great coaches who hire great assistants....Strong is a great recruiter, that's his strength. His x's & o's at UL were never impressive, he won by hiring Clint Hurtt who delivered a bunch of elite Florida talent esp '73's boy Teddy.

Ribeye is only $52 krazykats, let us know how it is. They may even be able to make you a special Cajun chicken alfredo, never hurts to ask imo.

-'73, I'd read they were setting up a 'line' on the street outside the 'special elevator' that goes straight to the restaurant with a doorman and velvet ropes after 10 Thu-Sat, and making people wait up to 10 deep to make it seem like THE SPOT, then people were getting up top and realizing it was all for show, and they place had plenty of room. Oh, and cocktails are $14-16 I believe.

They've been through 3 separate management teams already in less than a year...#shocker

The University of Louisville should have red carpet and velvet ropes at its entrances.

The media, the coaches and the fans couldn't be more delusional about how important they are.

Look at us. We matter, dammit.

There's a football game Saturday, right? Hopefully CMS and PATRICK can right the ship and lead the Cats to a victory that will be cherished for generations to come. Also, f*** Sandstorm.

So, they kept the pool open an extra day this year to try out "Dog Day" out at the club. [laughing]

We swung up there after work, and there were probably 20-25 or so dogs...the area is huge and fenced in, so it was pretty much a madhouse. Little Gillie isn't a fan of the water, but I forced him in a few times anyways. Mostly just ran around like an unleashed idiot for 30 minutes. Great idea, will participate again.

-Mr. Robot has slowed down again in episodes 4-5. Got a little annoyed at a few of the scenes over those two, particularly when they were having a 5 minute casual conversation outside of the prison 50 yards from the fence. K. [eyeroll] Still like it, assume it gets better..

-So Cats line dropped 2-2.5 points down to 7 pretty much immediately after it opened? Think it will be a tough one to win, but certainly think we have a very realistic shot.

Interesting Stat: UK has won their 2nd game of the season 17 consecutive years...obviously, we haven't typically (ever?) played an SEC team in that slot, on the road no less.

Wednesday Shorts:

- Those Louisville D-list dbags still around? Well, we know Anth moved to Lexington. What about the rest of them?

- I never understood the Strong hype. He basically gained his rep for beating a Muschamp-coached Florida team in a game the Gators were disappointed to be in. Texas may be the best job in the country and THAT's who they hired?

- VERY curious to see Briscoe's role on this team. Dude is looking svelte, tho.

- Jamal Murray will be an All-American. Maybe not 1st Team, but he'll make one of the 3 squads. Can't wait to watch him play. What a steal.

- I hate Louisville Basketball Fan but, while delusional, he at least knows the game. Louisville Football Fan is a GD moron.

- Mom and Dad got a new golden retriever puppy over the weekend. Visiting her tonight. Been a long time coming. We had to put Sophie down last fall and Dad's been looking since then. We already have a 6-year-old so she won't be lonely. She probably makes about the 10th golden we've owned, not counting puppies we raised and sold. Purebreds are the best.

Started Narcos last night, got two episodes in. Pretty much hooked after the first 5 minutes.

No clue about the Sloot smackdown, I knew to leave well enough alone after the game.

Poker run weekend looking like a turd. Temperature drop to High of 65 with 70% chance of rain? Thanks a lot Winterheads.

A co-worker suggested it to my wife and she wants a surprise element for my bday and asked me not to look at the menu. Hard to say no so I figured I'd ask GYERO for some feed back.

Sounds obnoxious really but they do steam their mussels in beer so maybe I might not stick out in this place:alien:. I'm by no means a ritzy frou frou type but these places are fun to see on the right occasion.

Really and truly sorry to PTI, I hope one day I can get right with that guy, but I doubt it.........[pfftt]

One of the funniest things I've ever experienced was Dog Beach in San Diego- about 100 dogs of all shapes and sizes running around, playing in the water, acting like they'd each just done a few lines, having the time of their lives. There we surprisingly no fights and only a few growls/snaps, too.

Oyster takes? Had some this weekend. I like the raws, but you barely taste them.

I yelled at everyone to leave so I could go to bed as soon as I walked up on the back deck after the game. But the kicker was that the only people there were BBdK and Mrs. BBdK (who were staying with us), the Bellydancers (whose child was sleeping in our house) and the 80$'s. No one was doing anything loud or drunk. I didn't even look to see who all was there, I just got all angry and started yelling. I blame it on lack of sleep.

Apparently I scared everyone and appeared evil. Oops. We made up though.
