It's within a tenth or two of a point. From 1950-2000, was around 10%, peaking at around 17% in the late 70's. It's between 4.6 and 4.8 the last six months. Did get below 3 or 4% for a time in the mid 2000s, and a negative rate for a year or so around 2010, so yeah, should have said "near" all time lows. Over a ten year period average, we are very near all time lows.

Adam is the type of person that makes me want to vote completely opposite regardless of my political views. Ts.

@SAECATFAN @IsRichieGonnaStart

Walked over to the stadium. En route we passed practice and they were wearing the blue lids and white face masks. While I love the chrome blue lids they do almost look purple. Still on fleek:100points:

Stadium won't be 100% complete. Landscaping was much further along and looks great. That should be all but done. Tons of new signage, including large lot markers and gate markers that look good. Still appears to be a lot of work going on inside. The roof below the suites is about 80%. We could see in the recruiting room and it appears to be pretty much complete. A really cool illuminated graphic collage on the wall I'd like to get a close up of. No idea how much is actually left but I'd say it'll be going through the home stretch if I had to guess. Looking good. Love those 2 new big grass strips in the blue lot. I actually think that area is far superior to before.

Practice facility getting walls put up and fields seem to be getting really close to surface.

It's a close call, but I think I'm going to go with "Actual Wall Street Guy" over the "Edwarian Hygiene Hobbyist" guy on this one.
You mean the guy who went to UVA, NYU and works on Wall Street vs.... psycho paleo shaving non-vaccinated conspiracy theorist?

Tough call. I do like Adam a lot, great dude, but when you have really defined political views it's best you don't try to discuss them in most circles.

The annoying part is that EVENTUALLY Adam is going to be "right". And by "right", I mean the country will go back into a recession, stock market will tumble, lots of handwringing and people losing their jobs, etc. Because that just how cycles work, we go into recessions every so often. Sometimes they are really bad.

And the Adam, the Paul dummies and the other doomsdayers will be out yelling their "I told you so!"s - completely ignoring the fact that they wrong for the last 5-10 years. Broken clocks and the like. Of course, then they will be blaming the Fed, blaming Wall Street and predicting the downfall of modern society, but nope, things will slowly turn around. Just like they pretty much always do.

Just spitting out facts. Feel free to check my numbers.

That's what I did with your original statement. And I determined you 1) were wrong and 2) have no real concept of what any of those numbers mean (or don't mean).

It's your God given right to worry your butt off about WHATWRONGWITHTHISCOUNTRY, but I certainly hope you haven't been investing like you really believe this ****. If so, your only options are to invest in 1) Money under your mattress or 2) US Treasuries or 3) Gold. And all of those strategies would have been a disaster over the last few years.

It's nice to have a little extra money in your pocket. After 5+ years of struggling, people want to enjoy themselves. Nothing wrong with that. Over time, things will normalize. Also, the bank "savings" rate is ridiculously low.

-Tough call but "I Get Around" is still probably my favorite early 90's song. Classic. I remember that video coming out like it was yesterday.

-Portlandia... not sure why I haven't been watching that show.

-If I actually have cash in my pocket it doesn't last long. Main reason I rarely carry cash.

-Starting to get a little nervous. We've heard the, "this is the year we beat Florida" talk lots before but they've probably never been this down. It's the last and most embarrassing streak we have. Time to put that **** behind us.

-So I guess Flannigan is this years Jeff Badet.

-Jeb and Trump are both 6'3? Damn, wouldn't have guessed that.

-Just spitting out facts<<<<<<I'm the only one on this stage that...

-Bike ride this weekend(donate ********) and then it's over to running season. Can't wait, riding has started getting a little old this late in the year. 2500 miles this summer. Been really thinking about mixing in some lifting as well. Certainly need it.

Thursday Shorts:

- As long as the helmets are on-fleek, I don't really care that much. But they MUST be on-fleek.

- Weekend rundown:
Tomorrow- Oktoberfest Zinzinnati
Saturday- Louisville for my boy's wedding. Hopefully, I can find a TV for the game.

- Next weekend- free VIP tickets to Toby Keith; and UK-Mizzou with @Wildcat Willy and @Bonzo Cat. :100points:[jumpingsmile]

- Only a couple weeks out from Bill Simmons' return. Imagine dude will come out guns a blazin. I've missed him.

- Also, shouldn't Serial Season 2 be starting here soon?

- Wetzel/Forde now have a podcast. Interesting considering Wetzel's my favorite sportswriter and Forde's among my least favorite.

- Tupac hasn't aged as well with me as Biggie. I guess it's because as an adult now, I find his constant beefing and ****-talking pretty moronic.

- Portlandia is as hit-or-miss as they come, but has some really funny mockery of 2010s hipster culture.

Yeah, that's one of those songs that's a great song on its own, but the video takes it over the top. Plus, Digital Underground.

-Donated to the cause, as always...what time are you guys going to be able to make it to Lexington? Man, it's going to be absolutely bonkers...fully expecting one of the best atmospheres of my UK Football Lifetime.

...we've had so many of these "potential breakthrough" type games against great programs that are having marginal years/teams that we match up well enough with (UT countless times, for example), and we've laid an egg at about at 98% clip. Will definitely be nervous.

-They haven't even announced the story for Serial 2, have they? Miss Sarah's soothing sounds. #FreeAdnan

Wetzel is slowly turning into a curmudgeon. His articles have increasingly become more snarky, IMO. I remember when he bust onto the scene and was dropping some awesome, feel-good stories... man he was good. He's still really talented but the tone of his articles and general disposition on Twitter are a lot darker these days.

I mean, it's not surprising when you're a sportswriter and hanging around other whiny less-talented sportswriter herd, specifically the turbo douches like Forde.

Agree on Biggie vs. Tupac, though I felt different in the 90s. Love Juicy and it's great summer vibe.

Best 90s rap video is G Thang, and it's not even close. Just everything about it is perfect. Love the little baby at the barbecue. Snoop's hockey jersey game was definitely on fleek.

I think blue helmets with the grey uniforms would be a good look.

Roma's goal vs. Barcelona yesterday was ridiculous. Not everyday you see a 55-60 Yard Goal, let alone against the best team in the world.

-Wore a tie today because I miss it and sometimes I think it's okay to overdress.

-Fiorina's quip to Trump was fantastic. Good for her.

-Wouldn't turn down a ticket to tonight's Clemson game if offered, but looking like the couch for Dad. I've got the Tigers, 34-17.

-Boom, JoJo, and Horton are such a luxury. Never underestimate fresh legs in the running game. I think it's close at half but we pull away from Florida late. Cats by 10.

- Really nervous about Saturday. We'll have our opportunities but have to execute. Home field advantage with an atmosphere like Saturday night can really help get you over the top. Defense should feed off the crowd.

- It's difficult to really understand football in it's truest sense. Can pick up certain formations/sets on offense but the game in it's intricacies is a challenge for me to really process.

That being said.. Watched the replay from Saturday and the one thing that is clear as daylight is that the team played with an attitude. That's the Stoops' culture finally in year 3 setting in. JD Harmon flying across the field in that goal line stand saving a touchdown and throwing that S Carolina player down is a prime example. Boom's grind out run on that last drive to get the first down is another. Our O Line smashing those fools on that drive when they were stacking the box. Beautiful. Baker getting YAC and then getting up and giving the defender the business.

Play with a fng attitude. Love it.

There's other examples but that play really jumped out. Reminds me of the Coach Brooks era. We weren't always the most talented but his teams at least always tried to be the most physical team on the field.

Business casual is the absolute worst. Give me shirt & tie all/air. It's so much easier to just throw a white or blue shirt on paired with a tie and slacks. Also, there's little room for sloppiness.

Folks need to wake the F up in life imo.

-Wasn't my favorite but the hype around "Murder was the Case" was palpable.

-The still make videos, vimeo or youtube has them.

-BBdks list was missing Let Me Ride and California Love. Two great vids.

-Completely agree on ties. Uncomfortable, get int he way, no thanks. Charity jean day season ended yesterday and I'm pretty tore up about it. Ads thinking and frustration to my morning making sure slacks are clean, pressed and match the shirt. With jeans just grab and roll.

If people are tucked, wearing nice shoes and have a collar- who gives a ****.

For me- it's pretty much polos and chinos in the summer. Buttondowns under a sweater and slacks in the winter.

I would hate to work where I had to wear a tie everyday.

Confusing statement but attitude is the opposite of "truly" understanding football. I agree though. Tough game to really get. Having never played football I can't see the fundamental stuff. Conrad is a "that being said" example. Apparently the kid is playing lights out and he's been targeted (missed)once. If you want to see what is really going on in some of our bigger plays that Todd Greenwell dude on twitter is excellent. I guess he's some type of coach but he breaks down the plays and shows you where a non-obvious portion of the play either broke it lose or broke it up. Cool stuff.

Thursday is all about recognition in the Beach Body world!!! I love it! Mr. Hensworth has officially hit Diamond Rank this morning! Some of you may not understand this, but this means that he is helping others reach their fitness goals, helping his coaches reach their business goals and a leader to all of them.

I may be a little partial, but he's already pretty shiny in my eyes! Since Summit we have been pushing hard TOGETHER to make this business work and bring him home from his J.O.B. It's just a matter of when it will happen, we know it WILL! So glad to have him by my side and now, as a Diamond Coach!

* The good thing about being an art director is you can wear whatever the touch you want and nobody gives a ****. Kinda like a garbage man, but less neon shirts… usually. Polo, cargos and sneaks today.

I enjoy wearing a suit for presentations and meetings, though.

* Richie brings up a good point about the attitude and culture that Stoops appears to be changing. That play where Cooper was stopped from getting in the end zone on 3rd & goal as well as the 2 pt conversion were both examples of stepping up and making a play. Love it.

* Somehow it will come down to the end, but right now I'm feeling a dominating 17-24 point victory. Have a similar first half as USC as then come out and step on their throats in the 2nd half.

* Have a sweet new schoolboy hat. A few more weeks or years in the weight room and I am the white LL Cool J. (without the rapping ability)

* Leftover Chicken Meatloaf Muffins for lunch today.

* SAIL station on Pandora right now. Getting my alternative dub step on.

* Love sleeping with the windows open. The soothing sound of the trickling waterfall and fresh air is nice.

A skunk hanging out under the bedroom window is not. The little ******* didn't even spray, thank 8oz Fetus Jesus, but still made it smell like Hatcher & the boys were in my room smoking the good stuff for a while around 3am.

* A hot red head is rare and incredible. Saw one jogging this morning on my way to work. Knew it was going to be a great day.
