Yes indeed. Also, it's 10 to life if you have a prior felony drug conviction of any sort and 20 to life if you have two.
For 50 grams or more, it's even better: 20 to life with one prior drug felony, mandatory life without parole for two.
BTW, it's Laurel County, so I'm sure it'll end up being a federal case.

Coaches retiring these days are basically the equivalent of an obituary. People of mediocre character are all of the sudden celebrated as gods. Bo Ryan is the face of evil.

This is probably just me, but my college basketball blood really doesn't start to boil each season until the first ridiculous Louisville hack/grab/slap no call against our team. When I start speaking nothing but profanities, and want to throw something through the tv screen. Then I know college basketball is back for me.

- Haven't been able to get into college basketball this year. Follow UK as much as always but don't have much interest in the sport as a whole right now.

* Bo has and always will be a whiny *****. He is still *** hurt over lucking into the national championship game only to have his good, wholesome white boys (plus token) get it handed to them by a bunch of one-and-doners. They aren't going to make the tournament this year and he likely sits and stews every night about how he "does it the right way" and everyone else doesn't. Easy out for him and the *** he really is. My only hope is they don't bring him in studio this March to ruin everything

Has any team gotten more run out of a loss than Louisville vs. Michigan State? Seriously, WTF have they done this season? Every single game (except Michigan State) has been at home. They've played absolutely NOBODY in those home games. John Thompson's old Georgetown teams think Louisville's Home Schedule is weak.

They were counting Saint Louis as a quality victory, until the Billikens took it on the chin by double digits to Morehead State.
Louisville raced to a 13 point early lead, mostly from MSU playing their 5th game in 8 days. Once they awoke they outscored Louisville by 20 until the final min of the game.
Also Florida, who is poster child for average bball team lead MSU with under 4 to play sat.
Card fans are convinced, like every year they will win.
Louisville has had good guard play for several years running. Their issues, including again this year is they get zero offensive productivity from the post.
You ain't beating Kentucky with guard play.
Gosh they piss me off. Their local media is the worst. The absolute worst. These are the equivalent to easy two-hour walk throughs. These arent games. Not really any different than having the day off but going up to the Johnson Center to run a few games.
