May be time to appreciate these type of efforts & completely toss the mental triggers of top 5 recruit, #1 pick (lol), etc. bc to that silly standard he will be a “bust” every game, save a few.
He’s not that. But he’s good, valuable, and I expect he’ll improve 2-300% over season

But put in perspective he’s doing fine I guess. You’re not gonna have 7 guys just playing like can’t miss lotto, so embrace the role & improve.
It’s a guard team. Just Fit in, do the little things, & it will come imo. But 13/7 isn’t a game to complain about…we get that from him 70% of the time, and
He/Theiro Marcus Welby a combined stat this year. 20/11 for the tandem, in 37 min
