I assume it'll be Shay(his assistant) as well. But man, it appears Chris Jans is a legit candidate. And that guy can COACH. If I'm ETSU, I might go in that direction. The guy has won 82 games the past three years at at legit D-1 school. Only three conference losses in that same time frame.
