I’ve always been a fan of Al Snow and Head.
I watched the whole Wrestler series. It was great.
I wish the documentary film crew would follow me on my daily commute to the city so I could see in the third person the poetic and beauty of my sacrifice. Cause I don’t see it.
My baby boy had febrile seizures a couple times (stopped breathing, turned blue) and Matt’s episode struck a personal chord…
Additionally, all the famous pro wrestlers I’ve seen outside of their persona being interviewed… are extremely smart and articulate. Al Snow fits that bill in spades.

They have to be insanely good actors. They only get one shot to nail their performance and it involves doing things in concert with other large, athletic individuals who could kill them if it goes wrong.
Pretty amazing that such craft goes into entertaining children (young and old).
Cornette is an industry genius, but he rubs ppl the wrong way. Thats why outside of the days when was actual talent he had to bounce around from promotion to promotion.
20+ yrs ago the company I was working for leased a warehouse on Old Shep. I had to go over every Wed or Thur and meet the tractor trailer delivering. The OVW "arena" was right behind us. They taped the same weekday evening I had to be there and those peeps were out there tailgating at noon every week. Think it was GA, 1st come, 1st serve so they'd be in line for hours just to get in.
Bunch of the guys used to workout at LAC on Westport carrying 2 milk jugs of water.
