Bonzo, two weeks ago we covered a 26.5 point spread.
True and worth noting.

Also worth noting, instead of victory formation, we ran a 2nd down play from the 30 with our RB1 in the game with 12 seconds left and scored a touchdown to cover. Thought at the time that Mark would catch some heat for that.

I actually like Deion but I hope Colorado gets ran off the field tomorrow.

Colorado State Head Coach Jay Norvell went with the deeply personal, "he wears a hat and glasses when talking to adults" cheap shot, low blow blast.

I mean, how dare he. There's kids that watch this stuff, man. Clean it up. Totally uncalled for.

<-- rooting for US to win by 100.

EDC is a strikeout machine

Strikeouts are actually down lately, but the big issue is he's not hitting or getting on base much, negating his super-power. He's sitting at .301 OBP, which is pretty bad. At least they have moved him down in the order to the 7/8 holes while he's figuring things out.

* Looking forward to a night game. It's not as good for photos, but I enjoy the build-up during the day, tailgating, atmosphere at the stadium a lot more. Maybe it will give the Cats a little more juice this week. I'm picking 48-10.

* Deion is on a path to be the most polarizing guy in college football, and that's a good thing for the sport IMO. As a guy who has to deal with coaches and players who rarely say anything, he's a breath of fresh air. Colorado State coach = Buck Showalter bitching about Junior's backwards hat in BP.

* Would love to go down to Corbin game tonight, but may have to park in Barvul.

* Reds hanging by a thread, but I still like how the schedules set up for them vs. the field. Still hard to believe they're relevant on Sept. 15.

* Haven't had a chance to see the Wrasslers doc yet, but I've heard nothing but good things about it. Even had one person who "hates wrestling" tell me they started it and binged to the end.

* Need some advice from someone who knows a bit about property lines and the law. Neighbor has one of those plastic drain things (not sure what actual name is, kinda looks like an accordion) that comes off their gutters, but empties into our backyard. Erosion from a sloped backyard has caused it to come up from under the ground. Whose responsibility is it to get it fixed?

JDrum, if his drain line is actually physically on your property, not only would it be his responsibility to fix it, you could also tell him to get it the hell off your property, and to repair any damage. I don’t think he could claim any sort of implied easement here, particularly if you just recently discovered this grave trespass upon your sylvan kingdom.

I really have no idea if that is all correct, but it probably is.

Jeff, I believe that drain also has to empty at a 90 degree angle, not pointed directly down towards your yard. It should empty, eventually, sideways into his yard and then trickle from there. No Richard. Had similar experience and my next door neighbor had the conversation as it was coming into both our yards.

Contact a surveyor or call the city/county planning and zoning as property lines should be on record.

From there it’s rather easy to figure out whether they’ll push you to hire an attorney or if their responsible adults.

How about walk over there, take it off the gutter and throw it in the trash. Problem solved and you’re not calling lawyers and surveyors?

I can’t deal with all that red tape stuff man, just go to the source. And if he’s a dick about it, say fine I’ll call a surveyor or whoever then.

You probably won't find much comfort in the answer, but Kentucky has a "reasonable use" rule when it comes to water as a common enemy among property owners, meaning that your neighbor would be responsible if the actions he took were unreasonable considering all factors, and you would be responsible if the steps he took to prevent water problems on his property were necessary and reasonable.

An alternative to court action would be repeatedly stuffing/clogging the drains with animal feces.

The problem is if it’s corrugated pipe underground then maybe someone else did it and current owner doesn’t know.

It’s best to have all your ducks in a row and make sure you are right and why before asking them to fix anything.

Have you brought it to his attention? I'd at least talk to them and find out if they're amenable. If not, there are some good suggestions and in addition to any violence or fecal warfare, please make sure to air it out on Nextdoor.

I was catching up with this younger dude in my office today. Cool dude, still lives the life we all reminisce about.

He said he took home this hussy from the bar late last night. Psychiatry resident at UC - yikes. He doesn’t remember much, other than her awesome tits, but he believes he passed out mid-coitis.

Early this morning he gets a text, “look in your grill, *******.”

He walks out onto the porch and lifts the lid of his egg, and the ***** had unloaded vomit all inside of it [roll]

He was not fazed, however. When I left the office at 3:45 and checked in on him, he was pounding monster energy drinks, dipping grizzly pouches, billing hours, and getting ready for another go at it. God bless the young.

Wouldn’t say confident in resolution to his problem, but confident in the fact he sounds like he needs to know exact boundary lines and I know who has it in record and most likely for free so he can determine just how wrong his neighbors are.

Then he can approach with knowledge and proceed how he sees fit from there.

- Cubs bring Stroman off the IR, and I hope he starts tonight. We need the help bad!

My employee today decided (without telling anyone) he wasn’t gonna complete the last step in our accounting close.

He decided this at 2:45pm. He didn’t tell anyone till 4pm.

He was not happy when I told him to complete it anyhow, a 2 hour task.

The rest of the accounting team was not happy with him for keeping everyone in the office till 6 on a Friday.

This, one day after he told me he wanted to be promoted to a Director of Finance.

Or….he could just suck your dick??

No judgment - we’ve all done things with inferiors that we may not admit.
