True, Brady, and I’m a sucker for nostalgia, so there are some things about this that I don’t like. The better argument may be that we get to see Oklahoma in Lexington rather than Vanderbilt. Maybe this change will be a positive.
They are state specific for execution. In Kentucky they have to be signed in a manner similar to a Last Will & T would. No clue about Virginia. I would not rely on something you print off the internet.Question for the law balls: My mom recently had a stroke leaving her currently with no use of her right hand. She wants me to do some banking business for her that will require power of attorney. It is my understanding that having a poa notarized is not necessarily required but I figure in our case it needs to be since she can only make a mark with her left hand. She is a KY resident but in a VA facility. Are poa’s state specific? Can I download a poa form and have a VA notary notarize it and be good to go or do I need to have a KY notary go to the hospital?
Appreciate your pro bono reply! They are state specific for execution. In Kentucky they have to be signed in a manner similar to a Last Will & T would. No clue about Virginia. I would not rely on something you print off the internet.

Hey UCL I don’t know if you’ve heard this but there was actually a pretty large scandal recently at UNC-Chapel Hill wherein students, mostly athletes including members of the men’s basketball team, were getting credit for classes they didn’t actually attend and in some instances didn’t even exist. The NCAA chose not to punish the university- which has held itself up for decades as a paragon of virtue and an example of “doing things the right way”- despite confirmation of these fake classes and athletes essentially competing without the required school credits.Hopefully the Tarholes can afford the time away from their strenuous studies today. I know how they stress academics there.
I wasn't totally serious, but let's hope replacing the court gets rid of the bad juju from the UNCW loss. And let's kill UNC today to make up for it.We have to tear out and burn the new court now, don't we?
I agree entirely, but UConn is already looking like a well oiled machine. They are only going to improve. Before we start crowning National champions give Kentucky a few months with some actual bigs and freshmen that will grow up.
We aren’t far off at all. I can see this team being there at the end and have a chance.
Two words: Popcorn boxes. If IU beats Kansas, do they hang a banner? Seriously.
I understand a book deal is already in the works based on the first half alone.
Hate bring the 2nd game of these two game “classic's”.
Prefer not to play UNC at 5:30pm on the Saturday before Christmas.
UL on the Thursday before at 6pm is even worse.
Instead of playing UL next Saturday on CBS, like usual, we Illinois St.
Thanks ESPN.
Rant over, back to lurking.
www.google.comHow old is Dave baker?
Replace OSU with IU, and replace UCLA with Arizona.Get rid of Osu/ucla game
In addition to Kansas and UNCW...UConn is the only team in the country that scares me.
Been about a 6 wk hospital clinic in our house. Just passing it back and forth. 2.5 year old (last one) almost back to full strength and now the 4.5 year old is coughing and I’m suddenly achy and feverish.
Never f’n ends.
