I think Cal gets these superstar guards from HS, and just let's them play like, you know, they're still in HS. Just break your man down, and it's easy-peezy to the rim. Running an offense, passing first, letting the shots come to you, etc. NOT doing any of that are deficiencies that he refuses to correct.

That last play was the best argument for dribbling at the top of the key for twenty seconds and jacking up a three I've ever seen.
We really played some miserable offense down the stretch. Credit the guards for making tough shots and Bradshaw for coming up with that offensive rebound.

Was talking about when RJ threw it off the guy's shoulder. A lot of teams would just dribble the clock down and jack it up. Think they were down 2 or 3 there.

I am so glad to grab a win, in a game like this. Emotion takes over, and you think it's been forever and a day, since we beat a "traditional" power (couldn't actually tell you how long it has ACTUALLY been) but it sure SEEMS like long ago.

Bitching about Wagner, who was the most important player of the game today, IMO. Always came up big when we needed a basket.
Reeves could be a little less passive. Let the game come to him in the 2nd, wish he would have hunted for his shot more in the first.
I continued to be underwhelmed by Edwards. He doesn't do anything wrong, but he doesn't really do anything at all.

May be correct on Wagner, maybe I conflated it with the seasonal bitching more than 'in-game' in that comment. I didn't mind the technical when it happened, and still don't.
