I hate this, but I’d guess this is all to put pressure on Mitch to make him coach in waiting.

Thats the move that keeps him here, and after the A&M fiasco it won’t surprise me if these idiots fall for it.

Totally different scenarios. Mitch could fall for it because who knows with Stoops and clearly he is trying to get somewhere else.

Also Coen is a huge part of why Vandagriff is coming here and he could be a big reason for Boley and you wouldn’t want to lose them.

His impact is big time and he had to be discussed as a potential replacement in the state of panic a few weeks ago.

That’s pure speculation on my part, and my thought is I could see how Mitch could buy it if he already thought about promoting from within and came to grips with it as a possibility.

Did everyone forget about Thiero's unnatural growth spurt? Hopefully being careful with it now leaves him healthy down the stretch.

Those dudes shot out of their *** yesterday. Typical unlucky road bounces and ridic shots. It is what it is. Who's the little f'er from South Carolina who touched our early Cal teams? That's the kind of game it felt like.

Need DJ to take the PG reigns. Reed the 1B in those late situations.

Dilly burying those threes was electric.

Liam Coen can GGP.

Have we considered that Cal might have Munchausen Syndrome?
😠 so it’s funny when HE says it…

At this point with player injuries, I’m convinced Cal has Munchausen Syndrome with his guys. That way he can always say he “doesn’t even have a full team”, “we can’t even practice”, “can you imagine if we were healthy?” Etc.

😆

Yea, the man who built UK football, the man who won impossible games with NO QUARTERBACK at all, is responsible for some p**** OC from Rhode Island.

Give me a break.

I don’t get the Stoops hate at all. He doesn’t need Coen, or much of anyone really, to be successful here.

Go Pack!

Dallas would be a perfect place for Coen to team up with that perpetual loser Dak Prescott.

Who cares if we lose Coen? It’s not like Stoops will actually let the guy put in a new offense, which is why he hasn’t really done much in 2 seasons here.

Did Sean McVay also not let Coen do his thing? Coen’s 1 year in LA is the only year they didn’t make the playoffs since McVay got there.

I like Coen a lot and hope he stays. I get talking to the Bears only because it’s NFL but it’s a bad time and situation. I guess I understand OSU because they are a better school, but if Harbaugh stays it’s clear he is killing OSU and Ryan Day is not the coach to hitch a wagon too.

I truly believe we have one helluva opportunity in front of us next season and hope after all this we stay whole and focus and do big things next season. It’s absolutely set up for us to have a magical season.

These guys could get offered a whole different world of jobs if they crush next season.

Coen is mad because he was told he would have total control of the offense, including what players we recruit to play here. He has been cuffed on play calls and there are apparently recruits coming in to play offense thatdont fit his agenda. He also believes the team needs more discipline.

I agree with most everything he's apparently upset about, but to do it now is a dick move.

Strategy my man. You can’t tell him to commit to multiple years and agree to give him that much power and not hold your end up.

I think it’s all posturing. Any real offensive minded guy would be salivating at the opportunity that UK has next season with the talent we have.

I can’t imagine he’d be upset at the recruits or current players he has to make it happen.

-No early gym today being that I know they plow the county roads outside Georgetown last last last. Fine by me.

-Just have to sit here with a little sativa, black coffee and a book. Might get wild and pop a Rogue Snus.

-Man that Packers game was awesome last night. +7.5 on the road against a long time rival that hadn’t lost at home in 2 years… wow.

And as catlanta pointed out, Dallas fans saying they “choked” again. Nah, you all got it straight pounded down your gullets and couldn’t stop it.

This wasn’t a couple lucky bombs, one dude averaged 5+YPC on you and Micah Parsons.

😎.

-Any recs for a yoga spot for a senior in Georgetown? Trying to get ol Mom into it. Got her a mat for Xmas.

-Already looking forward to Wednesday's MSU game. Feels good to feel that way again.

We’re obviously leaps and bounds better than them on offense, rebounds will be the question again (and the rest of the way I’d assume).

They did just beat Tennessee at home but lost to USC on the road.

We should be up 15 and finish them in the second half, SHOULD.

-Not dignifying the Cohen/Stoops drama with an opinion.

That was supposed to have happened 2 yrs ago w/ the golden arm, and then again last year. 9+ wins predicted by all the unrealistic Stoops homers. See end results.

Guess what....it ain't happening next year either. Nothing is "set up". You need to "wake up".

The roster is and has been set up for 10+ wins. Have to credit CMS for that. But it also takes discipline, opportunism and a little luck to pull it off when you aren’t a top tier program. We’ve had our share of luck but we’re about as far removed from disciplined and opportunistic as a football program can be.

Are you talking about the Cowboys? If so, I agree.

🙋🏻‍♂️ cowboys fan and tired of f’n hiding it. Been a fan since “birth” as my old man is. And for anyone who says I’m a “bandwagon” fan well it’s a **** wagon to be on. They have sucked since I started following around 87-88 other than the Jimmy Johnson window.

McCarthy is a fat *** dumbass who GB ran out of town. He should be gone.

Dak is a loser. Period. They should have never signed him to a $40mm/year contract 3 years ago so naturally they are gonna give him $55mm/year this offseason. Dude is the most anti-clutch qb I’ve ever seen and I’ve been saying it for 4 years now.

**** the packers.

Still better than being a Bengals fan. **** them too.

Dak is being paid like a top five QB and he is in that 12-24 range and probably in the bottom half of that imo. Especially when you consider the talent he has constantly had around him.
