Creighton is beating the **** out of Akron and one of Akron's scrubs is 7 foot and set a screen that hit a 6 foot Creighton kid in the neck and the Creighton kid sold the foul. Now the refs are staring into the monitor like they are studying the dead sea scrolls to determine whether the Akron kid is getting a flagrant foul in a game where he did nothing wrong, his team is losing bad, and suspending him for a half for the flagrant is stupid in a single elimination tournament.
The replay better be fixed this offseason. It is ridiculous and seems to be an excuse for refs to just steal tv time.

And it's an easy fix. Give coaches 2 challenges + 1 challenge if either is successful. That's it. No more of this ref-initiated review nonsense.
I went to an NBA game in Orlando and it literally took them about 20 seconds to confirm a flagrant foul call. So it can happen.
