Versailles doesn't count, imo. It's got all the Lexington amenities.

You could also argue the same for Bardstown/Louisville.
Exactly. Small town, gorgeous, not 2 hours from a city. Nothing against mtown. My love for that place is well documented.

-Samesy. I'll take you out for a big steak or something. Your parties never treat me well. Plus I'm not wearing a pirate costume or disco gear to Keeneland.

It's not going to be a house party.

Probably just Keeneland, dinner, and then private party upstairs at a certain bar. Something a normal 40 year old would do.

My birthday means spring is here, is usually the first or second day of the ncaa tournament and the Master's is two weeks away, so yeah, a pretty nice spot to fall on the old calendar.

"Hey Irish, love the look buuuuuuuuttttttt have you ever considered putting a shamrock doing the devil horns sign on the crotch area? Or how about a pic of Jesus on one side of your helmet with "He Died For Our Wins" printed on the other? We think the preteens would go crazy!"

If I ever get married, no way I could do black tie optional. My family on both sides is pretty blue collar. I'm not going to make my uncles wear a suit and tie just because their pretentious nephew (or rather, his wife) wants his wedding to look super-classy. Sorry, toots. You're marrying the wrong guy if that's necessary.

BTI with another gem this morning...

2010-2011 team had the best chance to win a title of our teams that didn't win it in the Cal era.

Um, false.

Underrated:

Washington
Kansas State
BYU
Wisconsin
Iowa

Washington- agree

K State- sure, why not

BYU- loved when they were royal blue in the 80s, not a fan of the darker blue

Wisconsin- nope

Iowa- Steelers rip-offs

The rare game that LSU rocks the purple jerseys with yellow pants... Sick.

Bama's unis have maybe changed the least over time excluding Penn State. Love their all white roads.

S Carolina's are the worst in the SEC. Way too much going on.

Like how we have all of these uni and helmet combos. I'm a traditionalist with Kentucky Basketball but with football.. Make it as appealing to recruits as possible. My favorite combo is the blue chrome helmets, grey jersey and blue pants. Second is what we rocked against S Carolina last year.. Chrome helmets and black unis. Grove St Party.

Um, false.

Considering how the tournament fell, I'd have to agree with him. Beating UConn and Butler in the F4 was about as easy of weekend as you'll ever find in that situation.

I said the same thing a few months back, Briscoe is gonna drive some folks mad.

And as I said then, SAE will lead the charge if I had to GAMBOL. :sunglasses:

Really like what we did with our white helmets last year. The matte look with the blue facemasks is clean.

Watched the Florida game from last year last night on the SEC Network. Fng bastards. What a hose job. ********. Biggest officiating blunder I can remember that negatively affected UK football. Kiss my ***, SEC office.

Garrett Johnson is going to be a stud this year. Boom as well. Can't wait to Reverend Boom Williams Sr this fall at the Cat Walk preaching.

-[laughing] at "Athlon smack". Pretty spot-on, though. Always cracks me up when a co-worker or friend buys the Athlon college hoops preview on Labor Day weekend and is all "WELL, I'M READY FOR BASSSSSKETBALL ACTION!!!!".

-Versailles is great, but I've always really liked Danville. Kind of tucked away off the major interstates, really nice college campus, two high schools with great sports traditions, good local paper, etc.

-Don't mind the back-to-school pics of kids on social media. Way less annoying than the essay parents are now writing on their kid's birthday. "___ years ago God blessed me with a beautiful _____, and here we are _____ years later, and I'm so proud of the ______, _______, _______, and _______ young ______ they've become!". IMO.

-If I were an MLB pitcher, 80 percent of my focus would be on pitching, and the other 20 percent would be on my fear of a shattered bat shard coming my way. Scares me to death whenever that happens.

-Fultz now>>>>>>hoping for Monk/RAWLE later

Rack '73 on UCLA's powder blues, but I've never liked helmets with script lettering on them. Pitt, UCLA, Ole Miss, etc., always bothered me. Go with block lettering or the mascot, or some other kind of icon.

San Diego State has always had pretty cool jerseys. Agree with B Rax on the unique mascot take, too.

I love that Sam Hunt song the same way I love any Florida Georgia line mashup, vintage Backstreet Boys, and Call Me Maybe.

It's so catchy and terrible that it's great. Like fantastically hysterically great. Would also make a great karaoke slow jam.

Hash tag moist undies.
