Well it's "kind of" closing the bowl from what I saw. Looks good though. Do they have the demand to add another 10k seats? Arms race though. Hopefully we announce the other side of CW being renovated in a year or two.

Good call Anth. Mitch announces stadium expansion once every 40 years, so I'm sure he will announce another one next year.[eyeroll]

Weird story about (not) that dude. I was at a random wedding a few years ago, one of my wife's friends out west, and one of the groomsmen was definitely Snafu from Pacific. I'm looking at this dude during the wedding, the entire time thinking, yeah, that's him - such a creepy looking toucher. The groom was from LA, so made sense. So at the reception, I'm at the bar the same time as this guy. So I straight up ask him - yo - are you the actor from Pacific and War at Home?

He says, "No, that's my twin brother". And kinda looks at me with a creepy *** smile on his face. I had no idea if you are screwing with me or not, but apparently, it's true. The actor is Rami Malek, and his bro is Sami Malek. Looks just like him, being his twin and all. Small wedding, so ended up partying with him, and he was nice, but just . . . weird.

The live cams are back up at Commonwealth. It looks pretty touching awesome with the lights on right now. Wodie.

Sorry SAE, didn't get any pics for you, but during the day, it's tough to get up close to the stadium w/the work going on. I got reprimanded two days ago trying to run down the sidewalk by Nutter to check out the southeast side of things.

There was an interesting Order entered this week by the Kentucky Supreme Court. The case involved a lawsuit filed by a young lady that was formerly a track coach at the University of Louisville. While working at Louisville, the lady claimed that she was subjected to certain vulgar language and comments. The young lady also said that while working for the Louisville athletic department she was told that she needed to flirt with compliance officers to get approval for certain recruiting visits. When she asked for the improper behavior to stop, Jurich responded by firing her. The lady got an attorney and sued both Louisville and Jurich for gender discrimination, retaliation, and hostile work environment. The jury awarded the lady $300,000 for damages and $71,875 for lost wages. In addition, the University of Louisville was ordered to pay the lady's attorney fees in the amount of $149,325.

Of course not. Only games that will ever be full for them are UK, Fl St, Clemson, and the once every 15 years Notre Dame comes to town as part of their partial ACC membership.

but they will soon have the largest football stadium in the Commonwealth, enjoy that Bluebellies!!!!2!1!

I expected the Jurich dick sucking from several locals up there in Louisville but Rob? Didn't have him pegged(pun intended) as a UL Honk.

We're working on 200M in football facility upgrades currently. If that's not adequate you're welcome to cheer for your hometown team. I just hope they have 65k hard hats and steel toe boots for everyone next weekend.

In Louisville? Probably not, other than bonding and such. Mos tof those on campus projects are "self funded."

-73, I think I saw where replacing the seats is also in the plans.

-Doesn't give a **** about attendance or capacity. UK has claimed to lead the state in attendance for (x) number of years and during those really sad years it was complete BS. What game was it, Vandy, maybe 15k fans out there?

-UL's rendering looks great. kind of weird they label it as close the bowl, even more weird they are adding the number of seats when they don't sell out very often. Not my problem.

PJCS = doublewide

The new CWS will turn some eyes by how nice it is, but once that practice facility is done our overall facilities will be on par with some pretty premier company.

How did building Thompson-Boling bigger than Rupp work out for Tennessee? Same thing at work here. They'll regret the expansion. Atmosphere will suck and visiting teams will have as many seats as they desire after the initial novelty/excitement wears off.

I really hope it bothers Anth while he's trying to enjoy his Prime Rib up in the loge. Chalk that up there with turning the K flag back as his personal mission in life.

Yes, Adam, they are working around the clock, but it seems they are doing most of the paving/concrete stuff during the day.

This wasn't to the real bad stage it was just throbbing and red. Did the hot water thing and cut my toenail or peeled it straight across with my fingers. Put some peroxide on it and today its feeling much better and hopefully on the way to recovery.

Stadium expansion is so blasé, and PJCS couldn't look any more whored out than with these latest renderings. It basically looks like a rushed remodel job on a McMansion from the late 90's.

I like what we're doing. It's smart. And Commonwealth is a pretty damn handsome structure now that will stand the test of time. I don't think you can say the same for PJCS.
