Ryan Flannigan still in red no-contact jersey and is questionable for Saturday. :flush:

I do think Towles will somewhat redeem himself, but I don't see our young guys being able to pull it off.

Also, Sandstorm.

34-27, COCKS.

Dumb question but I always forget how this works- when will they set the game time for the Mizzou game on 9/26?

In 2007 the closest stylus & screen combo (from Cintiq) cost $1000+, had a 1280x800 resolution, couldn't be viewed at an angle without old lcd color shifts and hot spots, only included hardware to run the input device and screen (needed a computer), covered ~5 pixels at the point, ran incredibly hot, had poor latency, and weighed ten pounds.

[In 2007, I used a Cintiq at work. For personal use, I had a Wacom tablet & tablet PC with a stylus at home.]

Get some facts and come back and see me.

Joey, I noticed that the new iPhone shoots 4K video, but I saw nothing that states the screen is 4K. Is it assumed that the screen is 4K resolution, or were they simply trying to trick people into thinking that?

I doubt it's 4k.

The idea behind "Retina Display" is to set threshold beyond which you eyes can't see individual pixels. The 6 Plus is 1080p, I'd don't see them making it anything beyond that for a while - that would use a lot of cpu power to drive "unnecessary" pixels and create new "pixel math" headaches for developers.

Would definitely and defiantly buy the IPad Pro and Apple Pencil if I were an architect, designer, artist, etc. Might anyway, seemed pretty cool. Apple TV was underwhelming but I see the long term possibilities.

It will be the Monday after the South Carolina game. 13 days out. Though CBS can take a 6 day window a couple times a year.

Some lady got "lost" on the Legacy Trail last night and had to sleep in the cab of a piece of farm equipment.

[laughing]

How the hell does someone get lost on the Legacy Trail?

For anyone who is unfamiliar, the Legacy Trail is a 12 mile, paved trail that runs between I-75 and Newtown Pike from the Kentucky Horse Park to Lexington.

It's a straight shot. Especially out there by the farms. the only turns are to head up to Spindletop but I would assume that would have negated being lost for most people. Be pretty hard to get lost. You're within a mile or so of a road at most every point.

The true tragedy here is that there were actually 3 people on that trail. The survivor had to eat the other 2 to make it through the harsh, miserable night. My God, the courage.

Phone was in her car, along with her wallet. Can understand the concern from the roommate and police. But...how the eff do you get lost on a 12 mile PAVED trail????

"I'm at Mile 8 now ... cracks are appearing in the trail. Soon it will not be traversable. Must find shelter soon ... shin splints are unbearable and mosquitoes are biting. My water bottle is only 3/4 full now, and I've eaten 4 of my 6 Clif bars. I challenged Nature and She did not appreciate it. Life is so precious ... and fleeting. Will I see my family again? They are nearly 4 miles ahead of me, waiting in the car. How I miss their sweet faces. The battery of my cell phone is nearly depleted. Will I hear their voices again? Why is this happening to me???"

I can't stress how impossible it would be to wonder off the trail out there. The only place would be either the Asphalt Institute place(which is .5 miles from where she parked and visibile from where she parked) or Spindletop. The area that goes through the farms is fenced within 5' of the trail so you can't wonder off unless you're climbing a big fence. You would have to be completely ignorant. Just walk one way for a mile and you're at something.

She's probably ran away after Sloot screamed at her. Didn't stop till she was lost in the middle of nowhere.

- UK coming in at #129 in US News and World Report's annual rankings, tied with Arizona State, LSU and Arkansas.

- Speaking of which- who is the most decorated GYEROer? Tough to beat 73's resume. Boat and Dennis are up there, I assume.

- Always have appreciated fans of bad sports teams wearing bags over their heads at games. Makes me chuckle every time.

- IT'S FALL, BABY. 65 for a high on Saturday and the Cats visiting the Cocks for a 7:30 kickoff. :football:[banana]:100points::americanflag:[jumpingsmile]:cool2:

- Probably watch the game out somewhere, but for all I love about Cincinnati, I still after all these years don't have one go-to bar to catch a game. There are several decent options, but no great ones.

- I now know I'm 25 years late but loving The Civil War on PBS. Basically, it's just 11 hours of ripping the Union's General McClellan. Great timing after visiting Yorktown over the weekend.

Let us know who wins the Civil War, Chad

Votto absolutely went all in on his ejection, and rightfully so. Umpiring in recent years is worse than ever it seems. 20 years ago it was like the same 5-6 obese guys somehow umpired every game all over the country and did a relatively decent job. I blame the replay for the current level of terrible.
