Ulis does whatever he wants.
He's got like 10 assists in the 1st half...if he took all his open shots, he'd average 20.

So our scrimmage is being broadcast on a channel with the scroll underneath reminding everyone the NCAA was at UL this week talkin' whores.

He very well may be...not defensive specialist, but change of pace dude -- and I'd be fine with it. WCC has my back.

He's obviously a top 5 guy on this team, doesn't really matter if he starts. Dude is a 'killer'. (For real this time)

Marcus Lee might average 12 ppg this year, entirely on hustle/garbage points.
I'm not a basketball, so I can't really evaluate the totality of a player's game, but Lee's game is what Poythress needs to emulate. With his body, he could probably lead the conference in rebounding if he just narrowed his scope and played with his hair on fire.

Oh, and I don't share the pessimism about Saturday. I think we win. Williams, Towles will have big games. Prolly just come down to turnovers.
pee barely averaged 12/game in high school. so im going with "no" there.
I think people said Matthews would be the defense off the bench. Don't think anyone has confused Briscoe with a lock down defender.

I think Matthews ultimately starts and Briscoe sits. Apparently Matthews doesn't go as hard in practice as he played in the scrimmages which is how Briscoe usurped him in the starting lineup. It just seems like a bad idea to start three PG's and have 0 PG's on the bench. Briscoe on the bench makes more sense and creates a more balanced rotation. Also, I think Lee starts until Christmas break and Poythress gets back up to full speed. Doubt anyone else plays more than spot minutes unless there's foul trouble. If Skal is foul prone, we'll probably get a healthy dose of Poythress and Lee together.
Ulis will get that record. Also, I bet he plays more minutes than anyone since 2012.

I was really wanting to watch a little of this Golden State v. New Orleans game, but GD they haven't played a single second yet and it's 10:55. That ring ceremony was ridiculous. No need to show that on TV. Do it for the fans in the arena and put it on the NBA Network. Don't show it on TNT and bump the game back 30 f'n minutes.

don't feel good about this weekend. Vols took Oklahoma, Florida, Bama to the last minute. they are no doubt supremely confident they will roll us & the rest of their schedule to get a better bowl and salvage the year. we are doubting ourselves, starting with the man in the big chair. everyone on that team feels another second half slide taking place.
Make it orange 38 blue (black allegedly?) 23
wow what a beautiful week so far. cold. windy. rainy. pitch black driving to work. sure glad this is here, and not the bright warm sunny days of summer!!! And Sun morning we fall back, so it will be dark leaving the office at 5. awesome!!!
