He was still wearing the shirt Saturday night at Chinoe, which I casually mentioned to the gaf Matt May, who then started knocking people over to get to him...smh.

"Boys, he's gonna break'em down, and build'em back up. He's got the boosters on board, and we're gonna do some big things. You just hide and watch."

‘The Girlfriend Experience’ Trailer: You Can Be Whoever You Want to Be

Christine Reade (Riley Keough, who co-starred in the first Magic Mike) is a promising law student at Chicago-Burnham Law School. By day she interns at Kirkland & Allen, but by night, she begins to take part in a very different kind of financial transaction. A fellow classmate introduces Christian to GFE. Her job, like Christine Browne (Sasha Grey) in the original film, is to provide, you guessed it, the girlfriend experience. For a good chunk of change ($2,000 an hour), it’s Christine’s job to give her clients emotional and sexual comfort.

How unreal was that first Spring right after Cal took the job? Spring of 09.

Talk about a total newfound injection of energy. Felt like a new life. Cousins, Bledsoe and then Patterson announcing he was retuning. Then the moment Wall announced he was Lex bound. Cal on that book tour swinging his cock around 24/7 talking, tweeting non stop, taking shots at UL/Pitino , speaking at all kinds of events.

6 months of euphoria reaching a zenith at Madness. John mfn Wall in layup lines doing all kinds of crazy stuff performing 360 reverse dunks off the glass. Just a totally different level of player that we haven't seen at UK in well over a decade. Felt like Nick Nolte in Blue Chips when he sees Shaq play for the first time in that gym in Algiers. Everything was slow mo. Mouth was wide open. What is this? A total "holy ****, we are back" moment.

Has complaining about "Bro Country" jumped the shark yet? We get it, mainstream country music is poppy crap for the most part, but it has been for about 20 years now. There's still plenty of "real" country music out there like the good ole days, it's just called Americana now.

Had one friend say that he liked Chris Stapleton but no one should ever do something like that to the great singer/songwriter George Jones like that. I pointed out that George Jones didn't write or even originally perform Tennessee Whiskey.

George Mikan disagrees.

I mean, Steph is pretty good and fun to watch, but imagine other players in the Twitter/YouTube hype era?

He's severely overrated.

I think Golden State is hellbent on beating the Bulls' 72-10 record. I watched them play Memphis the other night and they flat out embarrassed them. And Steph Curry is the best player in the world right now. Sorry Lebron, sorry AD, sorry errbody else.

Um, Larry Bird stole the ball from Isiah and made an assist. Bill Walton giggled on the bench. So, false.

But this Florida Georgia line ******** is way past that.

This sounds like some "embrace debate" thought provoking question, but I don't care: If Golden State wins 72 or more games this season, is it more impressive than when the Bulls did it in 1996?

It has to be, right? 1995-96 was the expansion year of the Raptors and Grizzlies. Isiah Thomas was in charge of the Raptors, so they were probably really bad, even by expansion standards. And the Grizzlies were historically awful for 7-8 years in a row.

Biggest thing is that GSW would be doing it out of the West, which would make it one of the most impressive team accomplishments ever. To be fair to the Bulls, I'd say the East was better than the West during Jordan's era, but not as much as the West is better than the East today.

They're an absolute appointment viewing team, especially when they play the Clippers. This Clippers bunch to me is what the Bad Boy Pistons/90s Knicks were to people of that era. I loathe Chris Paul and the whole team has taken on his persona, as often happens with great point guards. It just happens that they've taken on the "whiny, entitled dick" part more than the "fierce competitor" part.

-I like Chris Stapleton, but give me Sturgill in a walk. Really cool to have two Kentuckians making great music.

-Missing fall weather.

-So something else is really going to "come out" on the ***** scandal? Hearing it from folks I trust, but remain a bit skeptical. Still, hard not to get giddy about the prospects of a death blow on Cardinal Boulevard.

-Have doubts that Stoops all of the sudden got 60 millennials on the same page in a week, and clearly we're back to getting mudholes stomped in our asses by traditional SEC East powers, so give me the Dawgs in a decisive rout. Thing will be over by the early 2nd quarter. F'ng depressing.

-Should we win (we won't), yea, Richt will be fired Monday. Houston Nutt/Ole Miss style.

-I absolutely worship bean soup but physically can't take its repercussions anymore. It's a 24 hour penance. Going to be a special occasion sort of thing for me this winter.

-Will Adrian bring his own lotion to Vegas or stick with the hotel's complimentary mini-bottles?

-Jack's Friday night. Haven't had a buzz in 2 weeks, which is the longest I can go without drinking. By no means an alcoholic, but I need a drink. Soon.

I saw an article a few weeks back that was titled something like "Its Time to Hate the Golden State Warriors" but I don't feel like anybody really does, do they? They're just so damn entertaining. And despite his best efforts Steph Curry is really really likable. The Cavs and Lebron are way easier to root against, at least imo

Don't use lotion, never have.

...did add on an extry night to the trip though, in true BBdK fashion. Leaving tomorrow now, so I can watch #StoopsTroops dominate the Dawgs at Lagasse Stadium Saturday at 9am local time. [cheers]

Speaking of that, Southwest Tip -----> if you're ever making a last minute booking/change to a popular destination, chances are the 'Wanna Get Away' fares are sold out.

Tried to change my outgoing flight from Saturday to tomorrow, and the price I'd booked at originally ($170) was gone...the only available fare was the 'Anytime' far at $600 for one way.

...so booked to Phoenix instead (through Vegas), which still had the same fare available. Exact same plane as the direct flight to Vegas, just skip the next leg & enjoy. Of course, you won't be able to check a bag doing that, but it's a wodie little trick that works fairly often if you don't see the fare you want in a last minute situation.

Golden State plays basketball too well to hate. And I think it helps that every basketball fan on the planet loves Steph Curry. Maybe if they do this for 3 or 4 more years there'll start to be a backlash, but it's really, really hard for me to hate a team that approaches the game the way they do.

Steph is the cockiest player in the league, pretty much does something taunting-like after every basket.

Only a matter of time before certain people start hating him, but I won't be one of them.:sunglasses:

I do not listen to country music.

I clicked on that link on KSR and listened to Stapleton and JT perform Tennessee Whiskey.

I thought it was fantastic.

Side note: 80 proof taught me that Tennessee Whiskey was swill when I brought a bottle of Jack to my 2nd or 3rd tailgate. I have not bought a bottle of non KY bourbon since. However, I did receive a gift of some stuff from Virginia that was pretty good.
