- speaking of " made for dateline", this missing chick from Bardstown story. FBI now involved, they now think all three murders are related. The cop killed a couple years ago, this missing chick, and the mother and daughter murdered. It's getting super juicy.

- out of all of cals recruits, I didnt think Orton or bledsoe would make it. Guess we all missed on bledsoe.

- was told that the loud boom in Lou last night, was a certain gyero poster. Was told he accidentally drove his KIA into his above ground pool.

-leave in morning for Jamaica. Not sure how I feel about going south for holidays.

No question. We switched it up and went summer 2 years ago...and it's a completely different trip and awesome as well -- but something about cold & NYC just go together to me, just feels right.

That's probably because "cold NYC" in reality really isn't as cold as most would think. It CAN be awful, but so can KY. Avg lows in NYC in Dec-Feb aren't more than a few degrees below Louisville. wind can be bad, but when it isn't, it's pretty pleasant for Dec/Jan compared to a Chicago of course or Boston.

Last decade, seems like Feb has been much worse than Dec/Jan as well.

We go in Dec/Jan, and it's always "cold", but never even close to unpleasant. Maybe the buildings help?

Chicago can make me want to cry. It's insane.

They make a little fake lawn thing. I'm sure we have one still in a box somewhere.

I will say this. If Cal were ever going to leave this would be the time. Complete class of 5*'s on LOI in November. Other than K we could literally hand pick our coach. I get we would probably eventually let them out after the new coach is picked... just saying hypothetically now wouldn't be the worst time. Granted hopefully he just retires here.

"Tell me, UCL - do you own a patent on your Dog Urinal?"

"Yes, it is the only Dog Urinal out there."

"So what do you need from the Sharks, exactly?"

"Well, I need more cash for inventory and also a way to keep the dogs from shitting in there and then eating it and then barfing that up and rolling around it in. If you had any thoughts on that that would be great."

You misspelled Fargo, wodie.

Season 1 was awesome, and season 2 has been phenomenal as well. Not sure what the long-term plan is, but hoping they just keep going in reverse chronological order, with the next season about Ted Danson's character when he's younger or the Gerhardt dad when he' s younger.

And the same outfit she wears every single show...

Pics don't do her justice, but she's sexy AF on that show.

DeCourcy sticking up for Cal on this latest NBA rumor.

In the time he has coached Kentucky, he literally has been rumored or reported to be headed to nearly a third of the league’s franchises: Chicago, New Orleans, New York, Cleveland, Washington, the Clippers, the Lakers yes, even the Brooklyn Nets, the organization that fired him nearly 20 years ago. There may have been more, but what difference does it make? In the end, the punchline is: No.

It's funny that we as a fan base are confident enough to outwardly laugh off an offer that will likely include the GM role and partial ownership in the franchise. Honestly with the class he has coming in I'm not sure who could draw him out. I'd get nervous if Wall was able to draw Durant to DC but it feels to me like Cal is making peace with the fact that the NBA is in his past.

The idea of having a crazy Cajun with Mumme ties seemed pretty cool but it hasn't worked to this point. You wonder if his system and Pat just didn't jive or if he and Stoops don't. Or if he sucks.

Dawson is a first time OC working for a HC who really doesn't seem to like the spread/AIRAIDS even though that's who he keeps hiring.

I think he has a lot of potential, but a QB who can't make 60% of the throws you want him to + a defensive minded HC who wants a power run game has made him adjust on the fly; poorly. I wouldn't mind seeing him taking a job somewhere else and Stoops hiring a Pro-style spread OC...

or nah?

Kwe Parker signs with Tennessee...nice to see him in the SEC. He would win the NBA dunk contest if it were held tomorrow.

Imagine if I told you 10 years ago Tubby and Ben Howland would be coaching against each other in a Texas Tech/Mississippi St game.
