3-D still the future or nah

Also, I have a massive old 50-inch Sony with iffy picture quality in my basement that I will freaking give somebody if they will just come to my house and take it. It was a hell of a TV seven years ago.

Watched last year's game in PNC Club, dope AF -- suppose the clientele is different in there for obvious reasons, but it was as enjoyable of a game-watching experience as I've had, didn't encounter a single "situation" or bad word...nice UK contingent as well.

Probably helped that we were spanking their *** for most of the game.

05 tried to sneak into the Field Club the other night at Commonwealth. Girl at the door wasn't paying attention but then ran him down and kicked him out. Poor kid. All he wanted to do was get warm.

That little prole should know better. Warmth (and alcohol) is most certainly not for everyone.

It's cool. She made our decision easy. 05 got cold. Mom was already cold. So we bailed. And about 10k were left in attendance at the end of the night.

They've should've opened the club doors to everybody and raked on concessions. But what do I know.

Also, there wasn't nearly enough seating inside. For the amount of money my wife's boss had to pay for those seats, I shouldn't have had to enjoy my Reese Cup ice cream bar on the floor.

Watching that game on Saturday on sorta TV was weird. By the third quarter it looked like one of those European soccer games where they don't let fans in because of racist riots or some ish.

QUESTION:

Do either Kansas or North Carolina- supposed title favorites- have a surefire NBA 1st rounder on their team?

Sorry for the basketball conversation. lol

Where does Thanksgiving weekend rank in the best sports weekends of the year list? I say as high as #2.

1. First weekend of March Madness
2. Thanksgiving

-I think someone will take a first-round flyer on Justin Jackson at some point.

-Looking for a new DR closer to my work. Family practice or internal medicine?

-Agree that this is always an epic sports week. Love random non-conference matchups in these tournaments(Michigan State-Gonzaga being the GOAT, IMO, ATKOT).

-Smart move by Jones, IMO. Was the prudent and humble thing to do, respect to him for that. I initially figured it was all a publicity stunt, but now I do think he was really seriously considering it. Anyway, definitely the right choice, he is way better at what he does now than he would be in Congress.

-Time to sack up and call a W for the football team this week. Touch UL. They are mediocre, and seem to have gotten worse over the course of the year. UK has bowl eligibility on the line, is at home, and should have beaten them last year. If Stoops hasn't completely lost this team, they'll give a decent effort Saturday. We'll see.

-I see UL lost a 4-star WR recruit this weekend. Guess he wasn't a Louisville Man. Or maybe they hired jazzy to entertain him and she did absolutely nothing. Football recruiting is ridiculous. He was committed, but went on an official visit to Nebraska, before re-opening his recruitment. and that's par for the course.

-Gotta get through this short week, then it's all downhill the rest of the year.
