If a scumbag like Boat can celebrate his birthday for a month I think we can give sweet baby Jesus savior of all mankind the two days before and after.:americanflag::100points:

Scumbag? Not even a top 10 scumbag in gyero. Get pumped Bristol.

So I took a cheap shot a Brax in jest. I like Birthdays, blowjobs, and Christmas...kiss my ***. Good grief, I give Anth hell about being a ***** but some of you take the cake. Pathetic really.

Fun hanging with the McUrshels tonight. I miss them. While I love visiting Nola, hope they move back.

I haven't listened to the new Serial at all, and I've only followed that story very superficially; but, I thought it was an undisputed fact that he left his post on his own and wondered off into the desert. Correct?

If so, I don't feel sorry for him at all, no matter what happens to him.

Serial episode #3, meh...not feeling sorry for that dumbass.
I stopped listening after Episode 1 because I'd heard all I needed to know about that idiot.

I think Serial will take a big hit this season by making a bleeding heart case for some "poor confused soldier who just tried to do his best" each episode. They are showing their colors as a public radio spinoff and will turn all lot of people off.

Once they brought the military into question (in any capacity) they screwed up.

I'm curious what her angle with this case really is. The first season, you don't know if Adnan killed her or not...

Season 2, it is undisputed that he walked off his post in a war zone. He even admits it in the first episode. Does he deserve the death penalty or life in prison? Guess that's what they are jocking for...

I was at that game and have been to the whole tourney, the guy is a fcn MONSTER. dunks EVERYTHING he can, and is fast as heck and has a suprisingly good handle .

lurker, will now GTFO

Bam's team finished third in the tournament. His team beat Jayson Tatum's ( Duke ) team last night in the consolation game. Chino California beat St. Pats last might in overtime in the championship. Chino has 3 BROTHERS that play and start. a senior, Junior and Freshman, all three have already verballed to UCLA. their last name is BALL....lol.

St pat's played without Nick Richards a 6'11 junior we have offered, he missed the whole tourney because of concussion protocol.

I will GTFO

- No need to GTFO if you're bringing something to the thread, which you have been.

- It's pretty clear the type of story that works in the Serial format. Why they didn't cover a similar story, or bigger question, why someone else hasn't copied the formula makes no sense.

Have to think someone will pickup a similar format. Cold cases or controversial convictions are the perfect fit for these and there's plenty of those cases / stories out there.

Wodie, they don't hold catastrophic claims against you do they?

Had Christmas with my parents last night. Never done a major gift opening get together before Christmas and quickly found a complication. One of my kids major gifts from Santa (not yet given obviously) was unknowingly duplicated by my parents. The look on my wife's face as the paper was torn away was one of murderous intent.

I thought it ended up being better than season 1.
I wouldn't go that far, but only because season 1 was amazing and almost like a whole new genre of television. Season 2 was fantastic. I really really hope they go back another 30 years for the next season and follow the gerhart fam or something.

Ole Ricky & the boys were out celebrating last night at Molly's with all of the hanger ons. We're taking close to 1:00 am.

Very confident vibe from that bunch.

Bergdhal is an idiot and definitely should be punished but season one they had all of you feeling sympathy and clamoring for a new trial for a guy who definitely murdered his girlfriend at a Best Buy, so I can see how they got over-confident this time around.

Good to be back in the lex. Murray and Mulder were on my connecting flight. Mulder in all UK gear, and Murray with some team Canada ********.

Ended up snapping a pic for some couple with the two. Told em good luck and I'd be there Saturday. Rupp is gonna be insane. Nice kids.

For all you Beatles fans, the bulk of their discography just hit Spotify (and other similar streaming apps), digitally remastered. Apparently a few albums missing, but soon to follow.

Always been curious to listen to their albums, I've heard tons of their songs like everyone else, but never really gave them a real listen -- always been pretty indifferent. Open to recs or favorites.

Enjoy, SAE.

-Dennis, did Jamal look real sneaky per usual?

-HotDog, yes, Cat claims are now part of the ratio unfortunately...change was made a few years back after people were raking despite multiple Cat situations basically every year there for awhile (until the last few). Our office has been crushing the past few years hovering around 50-55%, should be another great year. :fire: My home loss ratio is at 14% o_O

-Top Podcast (actual episodes) recs for the marathon Christmas driving? Best 'This American Life' episodes...or mysteries? Anyone ever gave Criminal a shot?

^ "gripping" is the term used in all the reviews, and I'd say that's apt. Hard to stop watching. It's better than Dateline for sure, 5000%...but also similar -- just way more in depth. You should apologize for calling us Dateline/48 Hours people losers, as this is basically that on steroids, LOTS of steroids.

Still don't understand how/why all this footage is available of EVERYONE involved, or why it took decades to be put into something. Crazy.

But yeah, it's incredible...all the way down to the intro/theme, which is as haunting as the show, and sets the mood perfectly. All around, 10/10.

His attorneys are BAD ***. :fire::fire::fire: Love those two dudes.

Favorite gift you're giving this year?

Dad is recently ALL IN on the craft/micro beer "trend". Constantly texting me for recs or showing off his new 'finds', which are pretty rare down in the sticks of Western KY. He was all amped about finding West 6th IPA in Madisonville the other day...which is fine -- just funny, b/c you can get that at pretty much any gas station around here these days, and has been for a couple years now.

So, I hooked him up with a nice sampler of some of my favs, about 54 beers in all I believe. Keeping it mostly local.

Country Boy Cougar Bait
Rhinegiest Dad
Rhinegiest Truth
Stone Coffee Milk Stout
Left Hand Nitro Milk Stout
Founders Breakfast Stout
West 6th Holiday
New Holland Dragon's Milk
New Belgium Ranger IPA
Against The Grain Milk Stout

...should last him awhile.

-Btw, how does Rhinegiest rate with the beer snobs nationally? I pretty much love ALL their stuff.

Into the Woods & Sex Bunker are the Dateline GOATs.

Keep feeling like something is familiar, as I've seen every Dateline/48hrs spanning decades I'm pretty sure...but watching this now makes you realize any of those shows could not have done this story justice, or even close. Assume that's why it's foggy...like reading an old book again.

You're gonna LOVE my little brunette reporter, btw. :fire:

JWIll with a a little feature on Murray...his NBA comparison = Rodney Stuckey. Think I still like Brandon Roy when it's all said & done.

Pretty sure it was Geese. [eyeroll]

Btw, feel like my unique Jamaal Tinsley comp for ZayJefe is holding up pretty nicely. He's got a long way to go to reach Tinsley's paltry 29% (3) and 70% (ft) career marks, but a 6-3 bulky NYC playground guard who lives in the paint & can still smoothly get anywhere he wants on the floor is pretty dead on so far.
