I got paid for making A's on the report card.

My parents didn't put a premium on losing teeth, picking my nose, or other bodily functions.
If you didn't make A's in grade school you are basically We-Todd-Did.

Decent slate of college ball tonight.

Is Meats BBQ not doing too well? It looks like they sent out $25 gift certificates to every single person who's signed up for BHG rewards. The wife and I both got one and we only eat BHG once every month or two.

I thought MEATS was very average. If you try it don't get anything chopped as it's got the texture of tuna fish out of a can. The potato salad is mushy like a bad batch of mashed potatoes and I can make baked beans that taste just as good. The sliced brisket was the only thing I liked. A bit pricey as well so I'll probably stick with http://www.bradfordbbq.com/files/Menu_101315.pdf

I've has the sliced pork, smoked turkey and jalapeño sausage at Meats. Turkey and sausage were good but the pork was average at best and I didn't like the baked beans at all. Would still rather eat that than Bradford though, it was terrible both times I ate it.

Still need to visit Lyle BBQ and especially Blue Door.

Was flipping through the channels and landed on the UNC/Baylor bowl game. Baylor is approaching 600 yards rushing. It's bizarre to watch.

MEATS is awful. The brisket tastes fine enough, but it's cut about an inch and a half thick. The collard greens and banana pudding are the only other menu items that are even passable. The coleslaw was literally nothing but chopped cabbage.

Definitely need to hit up Blue Door if there is a time when it isn't lined up out the door and they still have food

Seeing that vibrating football game harkens me back to the good ol days... I wore this sucker out in my preteens

Got one of those for Christmas and pretty much wore it out. Awesome toy for its time

Like that dolt you obviously don't understand negotiating a bet. He says 12 seed or better and we settle somewhere in the middle. I explained that at the time and he still balked. Good call by him because Norlander thinks they'll miss the NIT. Lol.

chip kelly fired :joy:

at what point will the nfl quit insisting that college coaches can successfully make "the leap?"

that's a solid franchise, they gave him the keys to the kingdom, and he pretty much sucked.

He had a winning record and was pretty good first two years. I think he'll end up in Cleveland. Apparently no desire to go back to college.

he inherited a lot of talent, traded it all away, blew his load on demarco murray, pissed off everyone in the league, and has been outed as a ninja-hating jerk. oh, and they got steamrolled basically every sunday from about week 9 on.

good luck in cleveland, though!! no reason to think he won't crush it.

Can't argue with that.

Would like to punch Cam Cameron in the face. 3 and 2 and he rolls the QB rather than handing it to Leonard f*cking Fournette. Jesus.

Looks like the rest really helped out LF. He looks phenomenal.

It would be kind of cool to have a legit shot at guy like chip kelley. Maybe in 18' we can grab the hat. Would be :100points:

Have never understood why pro teams will hire a college coach and give him full GM responsibilities as well. There aren't that many Jimmy Johnson types out there that can make the leap successfully and in his case, the Cowboys were such a cluster that Jones was going to give him time. Seems like they would give them coaching responsibilities and tell them they will be rewarded heavily if they just win.

I think this whole "Head Coach of the Offense [SLASH] / [SLASH] Offensive Coordinator" and "Co-Offensive Coordinator" may be just the marketing scheme we need to make next year sound completely different than all of the abject *suck* that we've experienced the vast majority of years since time immemorial.

Such a simple fix, can't believe we didn't come up with this before now.

Wonder if they'll plug it in the season ticket renewal packages. Genius.

USA showing Mr Robot in its entirety two times. Starts again at 11:42 if (like me) you haven't watched and want to set your DVR.

At the risk of jinxing us, I don't think LSU is going to go all world against us next week. I'm sure they'll play better, but I don't think they'll turn into the Golden State Warriors. They're so inept and they've been so bad early that it has to be incredibly demoralizing to the team and the fans. Just withstand that first five minute burst and they'll fold.

It would be like UK football expecting to have a 7-5 bowl season and having a big night game against Bama or LSU on the schedule, but instead UK is 1-5 going into the game and any bowl hope has died. At some point the disappointment drowns out the hype of free t-shirt night.

False, I've written it, I'll sit back and see if he loses it and laugh

His sanctimonious BS is transparent and he really has no leverage, this will be an easy one.

He may not even comment but I'm guessing he will

So Cleanthony Early was held up outside a strip club and they stole not only his gold chains but the gold caps on his teeth. That, sir, is fantastic.
