I know The Voice is over, and Jordan Smith probably ends up spending his 15 minutes of fame up shortly, but his national anthem will be pretty GD awesome in Rupp tomorrow night. Here's his rendition at the Winter Classic:

Bought a Ninja blender. Or in two months, I'll be selling a paper weight. Sorry, Swil....Vitamix too rich for what I'll be using it for.

Turning 40 is messing with me a bit. A.ready had an elective cornary calcium test done, scheduled a dr appt, and reading tons of health magazines. Like Louis CK said, I'm half dead....if I'm lucky.

The order of bowl games sucked. Seems the FF would be what the other games were building to. Oh well.....

Resolution: More Catspaws.

Got one on me boat, makes a hell of a margarita.

For some terrible reason, that I can only explain as serious Star Wars nostalgia...I started looking for other movies that Mark Hamill was in...and I found CORVETTE SUMMER. This was actually available for rent on Amazon prime. It costars a young Annie Potts (Ghostbusters) as a "prostitute in training."

So if you are really looking to waste 90 minutes of your life, it is pure 70's ****.

Dennis is blaming it on Marissa Mayers and Yahoo but I think he just wasn't paying attention. I propose a week in the D-League for him to learn his lesson.

I don't watch the voice because I'm a real blue collar mans man with a life and priorities but I honestly thought that Jordan smith guy was a gay (THATS OK TO BE GAY IF HE WAS)

Halfway thru making a murderer and my biggest takeaway is one of averys defense lawyers looks exactly like David Wallace

I kinda wish ksr would find something else to talk about other than freaking Pitino. I mean, we get it already. He's insane and he flipped us off. Ok. It's really not a huge deal imo but you'd think he punched dancing guy in his damn dick

Speaking of damn dicks, I hope Dabo breaks his off in Alabama. He won't, of course. But man alive id be wild with happiness if that happened.

For some weird reason, GYERO wasn't showing up on my chromebook. But I can see it on my laptop. Whatever. Logging out and back in seems to have fixed it. Changed the other title.

Good for Bozich for sticking up for himself against the insnaneness that is Rick Pitino.

Only a flaming sociopath could manipulate and spin this nasty situation into blaming the local media for doing their job. It's not Pitino's fault at all and how dare one individual do this to tarnish the legacy of his best friend, Billy Manardi. Again, it's all about defending himself. What about the fans? And how dare someone like Bozich do his job and report on it.

I don't care what he did for our program. The man is a total 100 % piece of ****. Period.

The various layers of delusion and hypocrisy are so funny. He says Katina Powell couldn't even string 2 sentences together to write the book and had help from IBJ. The guy who has had others write every single book with his name on it is talking about someone else not really doing the writing? K, Rick.

It's always about him. Forget sitting back with humble pie & letting the due process take it's course bc that's what's best for UL. Nope. He has to lash out and you know it's against the wishes of his legal counsel, UL, and the NCAA.

What a self righteous hypocrite. Love how he goes on and on how emotional the UK game is for him and then says he didn't skip the postgame bc of the loss. He then goes on and on about Katina Powell lying when he's been caught in so many lies it's ridiculous.

How about the fact he flew down to Miami with his boys after the loss & didn't ride back with the team that just played their *** off for him.

Piece. Of. ****.

Does anyone remember late '90's Marquette coach Mike Deane giving UofL fans the finger at Freedom Hall after a really hard-fought win (and UofL fans pelting him drinks and trash) and their fans and Louisville media not shutting up about what a terrible person and POS Mike Deane for being so classless. I remember it vividly.

Since I've seen a few movies here recently:

Spotlight and The Martian are 5 stars. Both excellent. Mark Ruffalo was awesome in Spotlight, Damon was great in The Martian.

The Danish Girl is quite weird but a solid 4.5 stars. Great acting. I'd say the girl in this wins a Globe or Oscar.

The Big Short is a great movie and it gets 4.5 stars as well. Great cast.

Concussion a surprising 4 stars. Hit's home for me more since it was made in Pittsburgh and focused quite a bit on Mike Webster. Will Smith was excellent.

Brooklyn 3.75 stars. Good date movie or girls night out.

JOY 2 stars. Don't get the hype at all and I like all the actors in this one. Falls short.

Sisters 2 stars.

Except you are forgetting that Rick didn't flip off UK fans. However, he was completely justified in flipping them because of the ugly, ugly things they were saying. But he still didn't do it.

Didn't flip off the fans guess it was intended for Big Bertha

15 min defending himself, attacking KP, blaming the media's, patting Crawford on the head for trying to disprove the story......then he casually ends with " yeah, McGee did it".

And UL fan still oblivious and does not realize the poleaxing they are in store for this summer

I hope it doesn't happen but unless there is an injury,UNC unfortunately, will occupy my national champion line when the brackets come out. Maybe this can be a jinx.

I tried to watch Notre Dame v. Virginia, but Vitale is just so unbearable anymore. I think part of it is the fact that he rarely does games these days so when you actually hear him, his style is so jarring.

I put it on close caption and ran on the treadmill. He more bearable when you can't actually hear him. And it's pretty hilarious what they translate his words into.
