I always thought that Simeon Mars looked like Samuel L Jackson so he was OK by me.

Wasn't Alvis just responsible for the student ticket lottery at UK and that's all?

He owns a car wash in Harrodsburg now.

tbh Alvin Johnson lived all of our dreams

A real GYEROMAN. Wouldn't be surprised if he was a lurker right now.

As a rule, can Harrodsburg be trusted? Feel like it's got a little Hopkinsville or Corbin about itself.

Like, someone from there might borrow your car, get drunk, crash it in a ditch, then report it stolen before telling you they never borrowed it in the first place. That's sort of how I feel about folks from Hoptown and Corbin, among others.

Probably be easier to list the places in KY you CAN trust tbh.

Part of our charm, really.

Hope buckywaters is doing ok these days. And bucky, you are more than welcome to join the Lexington black tar heroin poker night if you are ever in this neck of the woods.

Actually Harrodsburg is pretty backwards. There are too many uppity Baptists. I mean we can't buy package liquor or beer in Harrodsburg.

I don't really trust anyone outside of Louisville or Lexington metro.

99.99% of my Kentucky life has been spent within 10 miles of the 64 corridor from Louisville to Lexington.

Tried to buy a Powerball, and learned it's cash only.

Maybe next time.

-I hate most people no matter where they're from imo.

Dennis Johnson recruitiment was the first recruitment I followed on the internet. I thought we had made it. We had the Gatorade high school POY on offense AND defense. Nobody thought Derrick would ever be worth a ****.

Dennis did tell me on his visit to ND he had made up his mind he was going to play for the Irish. He also told me Derrick didn't know it was UK until signing day.

Tried to buy a Powerball, and learned it's cash only.

And until the drawing you're going to be wondering if the guy behind you who had cash purchased the winner, leaving your life an empty shell filled with disappointment and tears.

Every time I'm at a gas station checkout, I'm concerned that if I don't purchase a Powerball ticket, the guy behind me is going to do it and get the winner. But then where does it end? How many do I have to buy? It's madness my mind is not equipped to handle.

In a statement, MacKenzie called the winnings a blessing, and recalled how a person in line at Publix allowed her to go ahead to buy her single Quick Pick ticket.

Mindy Crandell, 34, was in line at Publix with her two daughters that day, she said, when a woman stepped in front of her.

"I don't know that she was intentionally cutting," Crandell, who lives in Dade City, said in an interview Wednesday, "or maybe she didn't realize she did it."

Crandell let it go. She was worried about keeping her 5-year-old, Jeffa, entertained.

Later, when she heard about the winner she couldn't help but think it might have been the same woman. The she saw MacKenzie's picture.

"I said, 'You have got to be kidding me.' Of course they win the biggest lottery in U.S. history."

But she's not upset. Maybe that woman needed it more than she did, she thought.

According to lottery spokesman David Bishop, their chance encounter didn't cheat Crandell out of the fortune.

"Each lottery terminal has its own random number generator and there are a lot of factors," he said. "If there was even a millisecond difference in the time between key strokes at the terminal, it would have changed the numbers."
