Charles Matthews roommate. They live in the North Pole on the Island of Misfit UK Recruits.Who is Wynyard? Never heard of him.
Agree here.Wish our coach would stop acting like such a GD maniac *every* time someone makes a mistake. I know this team has a ton of flaws but they're looking over their shoulder after every play, save Ulis. Really bugs me. STFU for a few possessions, coach.
I don't expect to win on the road going forward how could you? Last night was like the anti-2003 Vandy game where the team suddenly put it all together. I'm at a loss.
Paul has another campaign to worry about. So Rand Paul dropped out before Rick Santorum? That's not a good look is it?
A right of passage as a kentucky fan - bitching about the demeanor of the coach on the sidelines, the most pointless and ridiculous critique of all.
This team is better than the 2013 team. That squad wouldn't have beaten Duke and Louisville, and it sure has hell wouldn't have waxed Arkansas (road) Bama (road) and Vandy. And it wouldn't have had a chance of playing KU at KU the way this team did.
But it's not as good as the 2011 team, either. It can't shoot, defend or rebound the way that team could
There's a lot of room between a 4 seed who makes it to the Final Four and a team that loses in the first round of the NIT.
That's where this team is. It can get better, but it has some fatal flaws that puts a relatively low ceiling on it.
They are bad on big stages
How'd it work out for them? Seriously though, that's the only reason I gave them "Inconsistent at best" on the road. If you want to give them "inconsistent on big stages," as well, that's fine. They also shat down their leg multiple times in big road games. They don't appear to enjoy the spotlight. I don't think that's a controversial take. They just had the last shot to win in regulation on the biggest regular season stage in college basketball- not to mention other "big stage" games against Duke and Louisville. It's the small stage that has hurt them the most.
They don't appear to enjoy the spotlight. I don't think that's a controversial take.
Fair enough. Although Duke is **** in retrospect, and the Louisville game was in front of 24k Kentucky fans cheering them on. They're inconsistent at best on the road then. I think that's fair. The "spotlight" games- Duke, Louisville, Kansas- have been 3 of our best performances of the year.
The point remains, they're not built for a tournament run.
