I remember walking out of Rupp after UK blew a ten point half time lead to that Ole Miss team White manned thinking this team is going no where. If you had told me that it would be the last time UK would lose that season I'd have laughed in your face.....
And if they cut it down to 13 again, which is when my first two posts have been posted, I will do it again. Both times have resulted in immediate runs to get it back to the 20's.

Anyone who takes up for Cal on his deflation offense is like a UL fan taking up for whatever they do. I'm looking at you Matt Jones. We are lucky Florida is ****** offensively.

Ha. I typed "Skal" into my phone. Autocorrect to small. Bout right. Skal should never play over I Zack again. Not that the Aussie is a world beater but miraculously sometimes the ball falls into his hands. Amazing!
His stall ball BS only works because he usually has giant, athletic front court players who can grab rebounds at will. He needs to realize that doesn't work all the time

He has done pretty darn well; I'm glad to see him get some time and experience.
Hopefully he gets more clock. If nothing else, he's infinitely less infuriating than Pee.
Humphries holds onto the ball when he gets his big paws on it, that in itself makes him better than Skal. I understand why Cal tried to stick with Skal but if it's about winning, I seriously think the Aussie gives us a better chance.
I hate the stall ball as much as anyone...but at least I trust Ulis with ball in his hands late, and Murray can score from anywhere.

The only upside to Skal is his ability to pick-and-pop, which stretches a big-man and opens the lane. That's it...that's all he offers.
That said, he did grab a couple rebounds today.
<----Still don't really get the Skal hate. He is what he is...and he does what he does. Lee has no excuse for being as bad, if not worse, than Skal for large portions of the game. (i.e., Skal's 2pts, 3rebs, 1blk in 15min vs. Lee's 4pts, 5rebs, 2blks in 25min)

No one hates Skal. We just hate it when he plays. And comparing him to Marcus Lee really isn't helping your case.
Why do these talking heads whining about players getting punished, why do they ignore the fact that current players WERE involved?
AND in that environment who knows what other enticements were used to bring in the newest players.
That's the point I keep making... if a frosh at OSU and a frosh at LSU were both prostitutionalized, why do all of the talking heads/UL mouthpieces assume no current players were?
The way I look at it UL did this to save their program after this year. They have a 5 star committed that they don't want to lose. Also Mathian could transfer out as 5th year guy. Oniwaku could go pro and maybe one of their freshmen transfers. Plus they have that other 5th year guy committed. But it's whatever they weren't going to win the title this year or next. Hopefully they get 2 year ban before its all said and done.
I want that banner down though. Pretty sure they'd take a 3 year ban to save it.
