"only chef i know is chef boyardee" - chase ahahahahha
All chefs are the same, who gives AF who is cooking the food? It's food.
Order something that looks good, eat until you are full, pay your bill ----> then leave.

Chase, you really need to be more of a pretentious ****.
Had a bunch of good meals this weekend. Fried chicken for breakfast twice, actually. Couldn't tell you who made any of it so go ahead and @ me I guess.
There's not a poster in here who would turn down unlimited cheese sticks.
Not.
A.
One.
I definitely think hitting the occasional local restaurant with better food makes someone pretentious.
Leaving Kroger ystdy I saw the Golden Arches & couldn't resist. 10 piece McNugget & large fries. Sweet n' Sour & Buffalo sass. Maybe do this once per year.
Chad is wining and dining all over town (and the US) these days, soaking up trendy atmospheres, renting out entire bars/restaurants to celebrate his engagement, drinking $14 cocktails (or making his own with his "go-to" $40 bourbon), etc.
Ride around with Chad sometime Chase, and he'll show you what's up. About time you grew up a little.

Ate at Bob Evans yesterday and it was awesome.
Couldn't tell you the name of any chef at any restaurant I've ever eaten.
Don't believe I've ever had a $14 cocktail but I have paid for a few $14 glasses of wine for the lass.
Drank Miller Lite and High Life Saturday.
And I didn't rent out **** for my engagement.
That's great and all but what was the name of the guy who cooked the nuggets?
I get it man, it wasnt Boca, but it was still a nice group outing with some close friends.
Actually, now that I think about it, I did go back into the kitchen postmeal to dap John Boca. We shared a long conversation about his immigrant parents and how their initial struggle has influenced how he prepares his chutney.
SIR. SIR... I MUST KNOW. IS THIS LOCAL GRASS FED FARM TO FORK?!
Hammerheads is the flagship of chefs Chase Mucerino and Adam Burress. Located in Louisville’s “Germantown” neighborhood, this contemporary gastropub/smokehouse prides itself on some of the best food that the city has to offer.
Of all the hidden gems in Louisville’s bustling culinary scene, Hammerheads shines the brightest. Hammerheads offers craft beers, ciders, and a friendly staff to make you and yours feel at home.
Although it may be off the beaten path, this humble establishment offers a truly one of a kind dining experience that will satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. Without a doubt, Hammerheads provides potent truth to the old saying: big things come in small packages.

Today's bracketology still has us a 3 seed in the East. Villanova's the 1, Louisville's the 2.
UofL only has 1 more potential (probable) regular season loss on their schedule. This week, at UNC. Doubt that would drop them, though a win may move them to a 1. We run the table, we could/should move up.
Otherwise, a Sweet 16 matchup between UK and UofL in Madison Square Garden? Man. Talk about high risk, high reward.

I like large plate restaurants myself.
Not sure what I think about this "friendly staff" concept. I enjoy surly, inattentive servers, myself.
Hammerhead's is maybe my favorite joint in town. Everything on then menu is unreal. Granted it's located in The Bermuda Triangle of Louisville and even my Uber driver got lost on the way one time the food is incredible.
Not trying to be a writer snob, but I would be more apt to dine at Hanmerheads if it were "nestled into the heart of Louisville's Germantown neighborhood" instead of just being located there. Just a take. Nothing more. Nothing less.
Still, once again, great call on the craft beer.

"Hammerheads is crammed haphazardly into the sweaty heaving bosom of Louisville's Germantown neighborhood."
Let me be clear. I like nice restaurants, I just don't give a flying GD f*ck who prepares it. I'm simply unconcerned with a Chef's TKR (Total Kitchens Run) or his MAR (Meal Above Replacement).
Give the menu, I'll pick something that sounds good, bring it to me tasty. Fin.

This is what happens when you have the sex with an utterly terrible person.
