Important to remember that at 29 years old, Milicic is the youngest Serbian to play for 6 NBA teams and then retire to become a kickboxer. You can look that up but i'm pretty sure its accurate.

Wonder what could have been for Detroit had they drafted Carmelo, Bosh, or Wade instead...

Is Richie's post just par for the course with you guys or what? Because that had a little bit of sober Kerouac/epic tale nuance you don't get just anywhere.

I appreciated it, Richie.

Now GTFO-ing.

-Rob, the umbrella thing I was holding is called a parasol and they give them out in the boxes at Keeneland. It didn't come from the South End, but even if it did, me and your hot wife would use them anyways.

-So the hens in my family (all the wives of the 5 brothers, one of which is my dad) have decided the best thing to do for Mother's Day this year is to tailgate at noon at the UL/FSU baseball game and then go to the game at 1p with my 83 year old grandma (the boys' mom). Umm, false. I'm waiting for the excuse of me being 31 weeks pregnant and it being too hot or something. I mean, WTF? There are more UL fans in the family than UK, but still. I am not happy about this and I'm about to blast the Facebook message chain they have going, but I'll look like an ***, so I'm just staying silent. My mom, however, apparently, expects me to attend. Maybe I can "tailgate" for an hour and then go take a shower to get all the dirty bird off of me and then go meet up with Anth's mom or something. o_O

-I would like to be able to drink again. Is it sad that drinking = fun? I mean, I have been a "trooper" and had fun at everything we've done, but I just long for a buzz. 10-12 more weeks, I guess.

Maybe what you really need is Jesus.

-Not sure it's a matter of comfort as much as it is a matter of necessity at this point, Chad. I just don't see any way around it, even if Murray does come. We all agree that AP is a 4, despite that experiment last year.

But I'd be fine with it. Mulder gives you scoring, Matthews can really defend.

-Didn't make it over to the EYBL, but sounds like an amazing weekend. Every top coach in town, 75 percent of the elite 2016/17 prospects, perfect way to show off Kentucky's love for hoops. Hope it's a mainstay.

-Derby, Draft, Avengers, etc.....shew, what a week.

-That video game thing last night on ESPN 2 was mesmerizing. From the crowd, to the players, to the announcers. It played out like a 2-hour SNL skit, but I couldn't take my eyes off it.
Is this the first time EYBL has been in Lexington?

Hey, Bob, I've had that thought. I used to have plenty of fun in the 19.5 years before I started drinking. Maybe I just need new friends?

There is some truth to this. Maybe there is like a prego support group? Misery loves company.

I'll bring you a bottle of something nice when you can drink again.

In the span of a week, Duke has gone from fringe top 25 to possibly #1.

This has been inarguably the worst month of the Calipari era.

How is Duke possibly #1? Their roster looks a helluva lot like the ones that have trouble in the NCAA- bunch of outside shooters, no toughness, unable to stop dribble penetration, little inside.

Stop being such a *****.

The best part about the Ingram announcement is the revelation that he would've picked UNC if not for the cheating scandal.

Pretty sure Noel blowing out his knee, 4 weeks of ishy losing basketball capped by 1 & done in the NIT was and still is the worst month of the Cal era

For sure. February last year was pretty close as well. Get Murray and Check and we good.

Chad has been talking about Duke being dead since Cal arrived. Yet Duke has 2 titles, UK one since he's been here.

All I ever pointed out was their NCAA record and posted a hypothesis why. I think I was on it, actually. I knew all along this Duke team was different than previous because of Winslow and Okafor.

The 2013 disappointment was offset by the GREATEST RECRUITING CLASS EVER coming in and the knowledge that Noel's injury was a fluke.

This month started with the most disappointing loss of our lives which cost us a shot at immortality, then watching Duke win it while Coach K passed Rupp. After that, every player on our roster left. After that, several high profile recruiting whiffs.

Again, from a bad news standpoint, the worst month of his tenure.

All of our frustration aside we have a chance with the 3 remaining studs. Let's hope we get one of Brown, Murray or Diallo. Get two and we are #1 and this frustration can be let go and we can focus on #9 next season.

It's been a tough month, but it takes more than that to shake my confidence in our program and coach.

I don't think anybody lost confidence in the program or coach. It's just been a ****** few weeks.

I don't follow recruiting basically at all but I've been pining for cal to sign some no name loser with terrible offers that can shoot the dang lights out for years now. Not every recruit needs to be on Mel Kipers big board for them to be a quality contributer, imo

Hope everyone is having a nice evening

Chad... It's ok to recognize when rivals have good teams. Doesn't mean we are Duke fans but it's been a great few weeks for that program.

Not as down as most bc we have the #1 overall, the #1 point guard and I believe Matthews is underrated but if we are going to contend next year we really need at least one more piece.

-Props to MCF for telling me to d/l the rivals google extension. Game changer for desktop.

-Been a really bad last few weeks, mainly b/c we lost and it was a really epic lose, but I'll take that and the season over 13 years b/w F4's.

-Attorneys, you all able to do CE's online yet? They just allowed us to start. It may be worse than actual class. Puke.

-Don't understand these dumbtouch cops that are still going balls to the wall, you're under scrutiny across the board, get it together guys. That being said, burning a f*cking city down doesn't do much to push your case that police are over aggressive. SMH.

- Lass had to take vacation or lose it so she's gone home for 4 days. :)

- Find myself watching the Euro Tour on The Golf Channel on Sunday mornings quite a bit. Kinda strange that they're never in Europe.

- Seems like the tide has turned in the media in regards to the DH. Previously, you could always count on the old diehards to pimp the cause of NL baseball/strategy/moving runners/etc.... Those guys now seem resigned to the Senior Circuit being eventually bastardized. Sad.
