I've gotta say, if Pope keeps trotting BG out there in the starting lineup, I'm going to be pretty frustrated. That seems like Cal level stubborn.
-He said today that BG was his 2nd most efficient player thus far (that’s probably not saying much as this point) so I doubt he’ll do anything yet. Hopefully JQ forces his hand though by the end of next month. I agree with you but Pope may be thinking that Malachi does better with the 2nd unit mainly and starting him would hurt the bench production.
-Mo questionable tomorrow with a sprained ankle, assuming Jelavic starts I guess Noah backs him up so that would be interesting. Noah could start too I guess if you think Jelavic does better with the second unit. A breakout game by one of them tomorrow would be nice.
-No news on Lowe yet is good to me and signals they’re trying to see if he can play. He played through a broken finger last year so he’s used to it but it’s a tough call with what to do so understand them taking their time.
-Elly played through a torn quad the second half of the season which explains a lot.
Hopefully they get Schwarber, he’s a perfect fit for that roster and park.
-Would like to knock off Vandy at this point but the secondary is too banged up I’m afraid. Pavia doesn’t turn it much and White employing his bend don’t break defense won’t help our cause.
