-Was kamala drunk in that latest video release? It was like she took a quick break from her vacation day drinking to film a quick “I’m still here” video.

-Sucks when kids reach that age (around 13-14) where they no longer want cool, fun toys for Christmas and you have absolutely no clue what to get them. Ya all with younger ones enjoy these Christmas days while you have them! Cherish those memories!

-Give us that Christmas present we want Mitch..make it happen before someone else does.

-Can’t believe Rougue has stayed away. He must be busy having the time of his life with his endless supply of lady friends.

I like Woody. I thought IU should have hired him when they hired Archie. When Woodson got there, they hadn't been to the tourney in over 5 years. He took them his first two years, earning two wins albeit one was the play-in game. They hadn't beaten Purdue the previous 10 meetings. He beat them his first year at Assembly when Purdue was ranked 4th. In year two, Woodson beat Purdue twice, ranked 1st and 5th respectively.

He was not their top choice or even their fifth choice. It was similar to our Rich Brooks hire. So he was never going to be a the coach that took them back to elite status. His main job was to stabilize the program and get it back on solid ground, so it would be ready for the next guy. He did that his first two years.

It's been downhill since, despite having the necessary talent. Today was an annihilation and the final nail in the coffin. The complete lack of fight was inexcusable. They should not let Woodson fly back with the team.

30 years ago, we’d be making our way to Lynch, KY to spend thanksgiving with our grandparents. Never had to worry about not getting to stay up watching all the bball games bc 1) my papaw would stay up for most of it watching with me and 2) I was the only one who slept in the living room which meant I controlled the tv.

Homemade milkshakes, Maui tourney, great Alaskan shootout, unlimited snacks, 24 hours of sports (bball and football) for 3 straight days.

I didn’t know how well I had it.

All the talk about Pope predicting what Flagg would do and the kid has another late game turnover. Any chance 30 years from now that Cooper lives on the streets telling everyone walking by that Mark Pope ruined his career letting everyone know he can't spin and not turn it over much like Derek Zoolander's inability to ever physically turn left?

Please remind us of this every night when we’re scrambling to move the damn elf!

G is only 9, but I feel like it’s been a couple years since actual toys have been a “thing” for Christmas.

Yeah true it’s probably been at an earlier age for the cool toys, just this year feels like a major challenge. How is G 9? I don’t know you all but feel like it was just a few years ago you all were announcing he was born 😀. Scary how time goes by so fast, even in message board world!

Fire Mark Stoops.
I watched his recent press conference. It does not appear he is going anywhere. Sumrall won’t take UNC, but he will take Auburn. And it will be painful.

If there is a silver lining, it is that Mark at least had the balls to admit he f***ed up a lot of stuff this year, and that he is committed to making changes. We’ll see, I guess. If he has one thing going for him he is proud and he is stubborn, so hopefully he gets his nose out of the glencairn and puts it back on the grindstone.

Sometimes I think our fans get so enamored with a shiny object that they think EVERYONE views it the same.

Why would Auburn take a chance on Sumrall when they absolutely could get a proven more established guy?

Also with Sumrall I’d be more concerned if Ole Miss opened up because he has a tie there and he seems to retrace his steps a lot.

I’d imagine Curt Cignetti is a name to watch way ahead of Sumrall.

Probably because Auburn just hired a proven more established guy and he liquid hot **** down his leg.

Curt Cignetti isn't going to move the needle for traditional southern schools. Everyone knows how he got that record this year and he's more of a risk than Sumrall is at this point.

Finally, any SEC school opening up and offering Sumrall would concern me. Unless FSU is hiring, I don't see him taking any gig in the ACC.

I remember kids that grew up early. Enjoy their youth.

I’m sure he won’t be **** athletically but can still be pro at something other than sports.
Not sure who you are, but get ****** either way.

Shorts:

- First and foremost, we’re beating Louisville FFS.

- Schadenfreude is great as a sports fan but it’s played WAAAAY too big of F’ing role in my college basketball fandom the past 5 years.

- True adulthood brings with a myriad of challenges and stresses, but there is no better place for a mature male to catch a ballgame than his UK den drinking his own bourbon surrounded by wall memorabilia he collected.

- Speaking of, because there is no chance in hell my blue collar dad could navigate an app of any sort, he’s been catching these early season games at my house. It’s been great. It’s always great, but there have been more joyous “high five and laugh” moments after great plays this year than the past 6-7 combined.

- My gawd it’s nice to enjoy Feast Week again. Looking forward to us being involved in these tournaments again. Still can’t comprehend Cal avoiding them.

- Took my daughter to breakfast this morning and she randomly started belting “H-O-T-T-O-G-O” at the top of her lungs.

- Gen Z is weird. This mustache **** is but one example. I blame social media.

- F an artsy documentary. Give me good straight forward interviews, supporting media and content.

- Who has had better fortune the past year through no credit of his own than Jason Kelce?

- The NFL is too shiny and corporate. I hate it.

- Praying this Trump dub means we can get true comedies again.

- Anecdotally, I’m a smidge concerned about legalized sports gambul, apps and young men.

- The respect given to Big 10 football like the last 25 years never happened. My gawd.

- Hate to break it anyone but Chaz Lanier is a damn stud.

- It is absurd that the tremendous metropolis that is Cincinnati doesn’t have a better answer for an arena than Riverfront Coliseum. I start getting whifs of Drakkar Noir just thinking about that ********.

- I speak from a position of knowledge on this one, basketball in hotel ballrooms is really weird.

Sumrall’s time with us is like a rendition of our modern football history. Alabama bred hard-nosed linebacker who played for Brooks’ first teams and helped establish our NEW identity that you might beat us, but you’re going to be sore as hell in the morning. Then with us on a great D in the Bowden year, the weird *** Covid year that somehow culminated with that awesome *** kicking of NC State, then Levis/Wandale/Citrus in 2021. Dude is going to be our next coach. There is too much old coal/horsey/drug money in our state for him to not be.

Don't be part of the problem, Wynn. You're way smarter than that.

Happy Thanksgiving.

@wcc31 with a banger of shorties. Invite open to my mancave, wildcat friend. 🥃

Not shocking Bob posts an all-too tangible ad for sex dolls.

Sumrall = Schnellenberger. A moment in time where UK football could be on the brink of an inflection point, yet decides to be UK Football.

When my eyes are closed, listening to Mark Pope interviewed, I hear the voice of an un-stoned Bill Walton.

Innocuous post about Dickey Lyons Jr., yielded a life goal met:

The new Ken Burns doc on Leonardo da Vinci is solid. Although, Burns might be the only person to need an editor more than Bill Simmons... 2 1/2 hours would've been plenty.

- Anecdotally, I’m a smidge concerned about legalized sports gambul, apps and young men.

Yep.

It turns out that Hurley’s system last year was both fun to watch and predicated on two top 10 NBA draft picks making it work.

While our two top 10 NBA draft picks sat on the bench because their coach was too busy giving handies to other players whose agents he promised more playing time to.

All is right in the Bluegrass now though. Our clunkers are still blowouts.

"Theyre a very difficult team to guard. Theyve got four guys on the floor that can shoot at all times. Theres always at least one guy thats among the best three point shooters in college basketball" - WKU coach
