Vibe check things you love to see:

-Lamont clapping in some poor PG face while playing D.

-Brea go straight to Oweh after the missed three to close the first half to tell him good shot...then OO balling out in the second half.

-Noah putting shots up with confidence.

Keep getting healthy.

Back when I first started reading this thread, someone posted I think in KSR’s comment section something like “I want to hit failed comedian King Llama (but used real name) in the pecker with a ball peen hammer”

If the hammer hit hasn’t occurred (assuming it hasn’t), who failed now MFer?!?

* Great job on the win today, Cats. I also have nothing but admiration for what Mark Pope has been able to accomplish with his ragtag roster and a brutal schedule in the SEC. Every win is just gravy after getting Cal out and Coach Pope in.

* Honoring the 75 team today brought back a memory of my first real fit of redass. In 1975 I was a 19 yr old sophomore at Murray State. I was watching that championship game at my boyfriend’s apt along with a lot of our friends. I was yelling at the TV and pacing around which was bad enough, but after we lost, I kicked out at an old recliner and put my foot through the back. Pretty red faced after that but amazingly my boyfriend did not break up with me. 🤪

*Speaking of that 75 team, today on the radio broadcast Jack G said something to the effect of Jax learning to play through pain because of his wrist. It cracked me up. Those old school guys give very little sympathy. It also reminded me of an old SNL skit where a football player’s arm got torn off and they taped it back on and scoffed at anyone not being able to play hurt.

* Well I’m looking forward to the big game tomorrow. I think it will be close. It’s finally here: The Puppy Bowl! They have only been keeping score for ten years and right now it is The Ruffs with 5 wins and The Fluffs with 5 wins. I really believe , my boys (and girls,) The Fluffs are going to grit it out and come up with a win tomorrow. Go Fluffs!

* I love making beer bread and I recently made some with an El Churro Pastry Stout. I also added a little honey to the basic recipe. It turned out really well, If I do say so myself.

The Lakers trade deadline moves just took a weird twist when their trade with the Hornets was rescinded.

They needed that big in Mark Williams and he was only 23YO so a piece that could age with Luka.

What a dagger to their chances.

When I see this guy/his desire and compare it to Cal falling asleep to Little House on the Prairie. Around 8:30, after our third loss in a row at Rupp. I know Pope will get this thing right in the next few years.

Pope has done an amazing job under the circumstances. The top 6 games for me personally.

Got a feeling UF comes to play today @Auburn. On paper their bigs matchup well with Broome and Caswell. Give me the upset here.

Nate Oats going to smack Cal around again like he did the last 3-4 years at UK? It sure would be the nice dose of humble pie the razorbacks need and I’m here for it!

As far as UK goes even if Jaxson is out we should still win. Hell who knows maybe this is the game a Perry, Chandler or Noah get extended run and something clicks for one of them that makes them dependable for March.
Good calls

I thought he was just bad at basketball
You thought the state's all-time leading scorer was bad at basketball?

There was about 20 of us over at a friends house for the game. 5 minutes in the wife….

“Is anyone actually LISTENING to this? Is it okay if we put music back on?”

So anyways. Watching halftime/the 2nd half from home now.

My buddy owns a printing business. He’s patiently waiting for the okay from Fanatics to start printing out Eagles t shirts. Still doesn’t have it yet.

PTI(pti), I’ll trade you. The lass had surgery Friday and the meds make her nauseous. Plus she either is whiny or needing something constantly! Then there’s my Tasmanian Devil, 8yr. old Princess, God help me, she’s nonstop until she just passes out! I’m getting to catch glimpses of the game and there’s a damn tv in almost every room. These are the days I really wish I could drink!!

Were you asked to leave or did you just say eff it and left her there?

Drake got called a pedophile by 80,000 people while his ex danced along and 100+ million people watched on TV.

Hard to have a worse day than that.

Close 2nd: Wear your opponent's colors for your pregame suit, get curb-stomped.

They also “bleeped” out the word “pedophile.”

Between that, and the Samuel L Jackson “OMD Kendrick don’t do it be on your best behavior I hope you don’t play that one song we’ll get in so much trouble” orchestrated drama, it was just one more reason to hate the performance.

Who had a worse night?

On one hand Mahomes was straight up a bum going for history while the guy he’s chasing was in the building. But he still had his rings.

On the other hand the entire live crowd and presumably most of the viewing audience joined in harmony and called Drake a pedophile.
