So apparently, according to the KSR post game show, Mitch Barnhart took it upon himself to get into a pi$$ing contest with a UK fan that was expressing his dissatisfaction with UK football coaching. And then, heading off after the first half ended, re-engaged/trash talked that fan. They say it' was caught on TV.

Mitch, considering the mess you've made, you'd do well to just keep your c0ck holster/mouth shut. These fans have every right to complain about the ROI that you've given them. And to act like it's out of bounds, and to have the audacity to call them out/show your *** like that is just WEIRD.. Kick rocks, you stupid, thick headed POS.

This actually makes me angrier than the game.

Jones out there on the postgame talking about how this game proved that Stoops can still coach. Sorry Jones, tonight's game is no different than me getting a birdy in a round of golf on my way to shoot a 103. I may pull a couple shots out of my *** every now and then, but the fact remains I suck at golf and Stoops sucks at coaching.

Don't forget time of possession

KY 40 minutes TX 20

I honestly can't fathom how you F*** that up.
He did that against UT as well. He has more losses in the SEC than any other coach in the history of the league.

For f**k sake, only two teams on the field. Even when an opponent lays an egg he can’t get it done. Those kids played hard. Their dumb *** coaches let them down.

We haven’t beaten a team with a pulse in that stadium in over two years. It’s a disgrace.

Curious conclusion on his part. The statistics (200+ on yardage, 18+ on first downs, 40 to 20 TOP) and the usual Stoops eye-test failures (see: playcalling in critical moments) all point toward the exact opposite conclusion. If you’re told to look at all those game stats last night except the score, ours win that exact game 99 of 100, assuming Stoops isn’t the one waddling the sidelines.

I fell asleep for over half the game. Woke up, turned it to Alabama/UT after watching yet another 1st down run for -4 yards.

30 minutes later, my kids and their friends come sprinting in from just getting back from a haunted house they all went to. They were listening in the car and I had no idea it was in OT.

I flipped it over, watched us goal line stand ourselves and then flipped it back over to ABC. I knew what was coming. They were crushed; I was apathetic.

Even if UK had won, they are the most boring brand in college football. They have surpassed Iowa because at least Iowa wins occasionally.

Raise your hand if you ever felt that we were winning that game last night. Watching UK football is like watching the same movie over and over and over and expecting an alternate ending. 🤦‍♂️

Texas reportedly has the highest paid roster in CFB. I hope that our return on our investment on our reported highest paid 🏀 roster far exceeds what I watched last night. They have to feel what Ogre felt like as he struggled to beat the Omega Moo in arm wrestling in Revenge of the Nerds.

Mark Pope, please save us from our sports misery. In Jesus name, Amen.

Last night was the epitome of suffering through UK football on both a macroscopic (as a lifelong fan) and microscopic (Stoops era) level.

“But two 10 win seasons! Blah, blah, blah…” F off. We sure didn’t get there because of that penguin.

As Hoot and I were walking home there were two dads and their own sons in front of us. One of them said something along the lines of, “Get used to it.” I couldn’t help but chime in with, “Yep, welcome to life as a UK football fan.” All of us dads laughed (but were really crying inside).

Eh Stoops overcame that feeling of imminent defeat for a few years and it was great.

I didn’t think we’d win honestly but having a chance truly was the surprise.

Still can’t get over dive plays into an NFL defensive line from the 3. Just brutal.

The first time was when we got it 1st and goal at the 3 in OT. I truly believed we would win.

I truly wish I could do this. I watched every play of a two year run of 48-0/52-0 beatings by UT in 94/95. This is a cake walk but still sucks.

There are many conclusions that you could come to after watching that game. I fail to see though, how THIS could be one of them.

This game quite literally says the opposite. I like Matt on a personal level, but this is not out of the ordinary for him; to come up with a bizarre take on UK sports. That says a lot I guess, coming from me, since I've (rightfully so) been lampooned on here for some all time bad sports takes. :ROFLMAO:

To be fair, Jones's point was that you can't be complete dogshit of a coach and put together a gameplan like we had last night. But bringing it back to my golf game, I've got a nice looking swing, hit my short irons pretty well, and seldom 3-putt. But it doesn't matter because I lose my golf ball on about 80% of my drives and I'm too f'ing stupid to just hit my five wood off the tee. That's Stoops. He may do several things well, but he and his staff make so many dumb decisions that it ALWAYS nullifies the good stuff. And that's the mark of a bad coach.

As mad as I want to be about the 4th down overtime play call, Dowdell wouldn’t have cleared the goal line if he was by himself. What the hell was that jump? He barely made it to the pile.

The problem with that play was the personnel. McGowan absolutely should’ve been the guy. He runs harder, is more athletic and hates Texas.

Cutter Boley is the future. Hell of a game against a top tier defense.

Honestly, I love what Patterson gives over Dowdell. Either way though, you have to show them a different look at some point and we just refused to do it.

Florida just fired Billy. FSU bout to fire Norvell. Just reading the tea leaves. Too many high level openings, Mitch can point to total buyout dollars spent and ask if there’s any guarantee they can get someone better.
Plus I think he just hates all UK fans and based on his actions Saturday, he’s gonna shove it up our asses.

Plus he’ll point to almost wins vs Ole Miss and Texas and Boleys improvement to show that they’re on the right track….

New coach gonna win more than 4 next year? It’s back to the doom cycle. But with Louisville, LSU, Florida and Alabama at home he prob thinks ticket sales won’t plummet.

Although just read JRows update and if the change in tone is coming from Stoops side it changes things.

Mitch himself isn’t gonna make the change.

Fans should’ve stayed away this year.
