Neighbor was pulling their car out this morning and the belt broke causing the garage door to smash the top of their car (insulated door so rather heavy which did not help matters). After closer inspection, multiple worn spots. Belt had never been replaced after 10 years of use and the spring on their door had not been tightened in several years.
