It's times like these when I remember that one of BBN's leading voices, Ryan Lemond, recently said he wants Stoops back regardless of what happens. Of course, Lemond once admitted on KSR he'd allow his pastor to spit in his mouth so I'm not sure we can trust his input.

Meanwhile, the basketball team looks pretty good when they're playing teams that won't make the tournament.

Somehow the Colts have become the only thing keeping my sports fandom alive this fall. The Colts.

Have to think just through various short encounters over the past few years everyone around Stoops has to know he needs out of this as much as we do.

Take 60% some time off and enjoy whats next.

Lemond, a realtor, is from Pike County Indiana if I'm not mistaken

If you've ever had the pleasure of visiting Pike County, Indiana you'd understand why he is the way he is

Why he has such a voice on KSR? That I'll never know or understand

Holy ****, finally got the log-in to work.

Have thought this for a while but does Stoops have a drinking problem? Like, a real problem that would effect his ability and focus to coach a team successfully? IF that's the case, and don't know if it is so I don't need any libel case vs. me, but if it is--that could be grounds for dismissal. Would be interested to know more about his real work ethic--does he show up, is he sober, is he focused without being so hungover he can't function? (FWIW--I quit drinking years ago due to my own issues, so I'm coming from a position of knowledge on this one.)

Hope everyone is doing well. My life is good, down 120lbs from my worst and now 9 years sober. Great kids all growing up to be decent human beings, which is about all you can ask for.

Peace to all.

Even if Sumrall takes that Florida job I’d fire Stoops.

I don’t see how you can expect anything different in this era of college football with the way he is “rebuilding” which is essentially the band aid approach and a 1 year fix so to speak.

We will once again be strapped with rebuilding an OLine and a whole defense. Those kids(whoever they are) can’t be expected to gel and become a unit with no experience together.

I get that 37M is an issue, but the AD, the president and the board all approved this damn thing and IMVHO they should take pay cuts to help offset some of the expense.

Something to brighten your day.

There's a joke in here somewhere. One bull says something to another one. Something about a moped.

Were they seeing if the bull could go 8 seconds with those heifers on his back or the other way around? 😂

Because Matt likes to surround himself with yes men who he’s smarter than to make him look better/smarter. It’s why it’s primarily Lemond on his show instead of Pilgrim, Luckett, Ramsey, etc.

Worst possible outcome for the season. The Kentucky Effect.

Won just enough against teams in disarray for Mitch to avoid having to make the difficult but obvious decision to move on from Stoops, and now a complete collapse in the last two games to finish 5-7.

Mitch has to go immediately, and there must be an actual search for his replacement. The results in no way justify allowing one of his subordinates to replace him.

It seriously is (way past) time to write to the UK BOT about this.
