That reminds me ----> I don't know if the phrase "dope your scope" was ever written/uttered in the American Sniper book/movie, but it was used liberally in those 2 docs I watched. And it was awesome every time. It kind of made up for not having Jimmy Dykes on our games anymore. Almost.

Elite special military force snipers...and grade school teachers are far and away the worst humblebrag offenders.

Anyone see the ridiculous video of that guy and his unbelievable bow skills? Would be scared sh**less if I saw that goon in the forest, field, or wherever it was...bouncing around blistering arrows like he was a touching machine.

That has to be all that guy does all day every day. I always laughed at how Hollywood made archers such unrealistic badasses in movies. Guess I was completely wrong. This guy puts Legolas to shame.

I read some stuff about Kyle lying or embellishing some things in a long article about him. I wonder how much of the movie is spot on.

Hospital is trying to make me stay here, but I have a buddy who lives a couple blocks away I'm crashing with.

Canceled all elective surgeries, but I'm on call so I'll have to be here anyway.

There is no one more annoying in these situations than touching union nurses. Bitching all day long about their union rights, vacation/sick/incentive pay. So miserable.

Germantown is super hot now. I've offered asking on two houses there in the last month, lost both to above asking. Both were in need of complete remodel.

Wouldn't wish uc on anybody. My college roommate has been struggling with it for years. Just went blind in one eye due to side effects from meds.

So add Chase to the list with Michael Moore, of people who hate our armed forces.

Well, Jesse Ventura won a $1.8M defamation verdict against his estate. Pretty significant because is is very difficult for celebrities/public figures to win such suits. It sounds a lot like Kyle was a real hero in his service, but also a bit of an ******* tool. Don't dare suggest such a thing on Twitter though - you'll be labeled a communist bastard.

Ventura wins defamation suit vs Kyle

Did Chase just threaten murder on GYERO? That's even worse than what Beave said to me, imo.

Looks like the Feds picked up a few commies (Igor, Viktor, and Evgeny) posing as NYC bankers who were sending super top secret spy information back to their little pals in Moscow.

Sounds like the jig is up, commies. Dennis can you confirm.

No ****? I would write up random box scores of games as a kid that I simulated on my NERF goal in my bedroom and I always pumped the absolute **** out of Webster's stats. He destroyed me but I always prevailed. For some reason, I loved that guy.

Kindly leaving now.

Between that and BJ McKie's kid playing for South Carolina (and BJ McKie coaching for South Carolina), that's the oldest college basketball has ever made me feel.

Clarence Ceasar got a kid who'll average 25 a game against us or nah

^If I make this free throw the Cats win ( Cats up 3, up 2, up 1, tied, behind). When we got in trouble, if I make this layup the Cats win. Listening to cawood on the radio and playing nerf hoops in my room is a very fond and lasting childhood memory.

Vanderpump Rules is a very solid reality show. Totally up Urch and wcc's alley, surprised they don't watch. On Bravo Monday night's and you can catch up hours before it comes on at 9.

Yeah, that was weird, too.

I guess my age group is gonna start seeing that a LOT now, and going forward. You had a few older NBA guys like the Kemps/Hardaways...but I imagine it will be the norm for us pretty soon.

- the Ol' nerf ferocious comeback with the hoop and the harm. I had a Pac-Man metal garbage can I would shoot wadded up sheets of paper while listening to Cawood. I guess young UK fans today are adding to the 30 point *** beating we are giving to Kansas in the closing seconds.

-VR is good if you like watching narcissistic behavior without any redeeming qualities.

-Chase, I understand where you're coming from. I have always thought a hero was a good person who does extraordinary, selfless things. The movie helped me realize you can be a liar/have issues and still be a hero.

Not sure how old Charlie Mack is (but, rumor has it, he's still the first out of the limo).

Syracuse has one...ONE (1) shooter they have to locate/shade in that zone, but they don't seem to want to do it. They're playing well, for them, aside from that.

My brother and I would listen to Cawood and play nerf on a busted rim taped up with a coat hanger. We used balls we made out of tube socks. He is 7 years older than me so he would play the twin towers and send my stuff back. My dad would yell at us for playing ball in the house and then he would come in and block some shots.

Now I have a little tikes rim with a UK sticker on the backboard in the living room for my "daughters". Man I get more shots up on gameday than both of them combined for the whole year. I won't let my wife put it away. "Still got it" just like the Joe B. commercial.

After we dismantled Kansas I would have bet big money they wouldn't win or share the B12 title. Looks like the beat will roll on.

- What has happened to Texas?

That would be a good time, a wedding in New Orleans. They would HAVE to get married in new Orleans, that's the rule. You get married in the girls home town, where she was born and raised.

Maybe he was an *******, maybe he made up a few stories, hell maybe he was so fried mentally he thought those stories were real...

Don't think you have to be a perfect person to be a hero. We're all human, everyone has their flaws.

Bottom line, when the **** hit the fan Chris Kyle kicked *** and saved a ton of American lives. He did things most people could or would not do, at the expense of his own life, his family's life, and his sanity.

The man is an American hero. If you think otherwise, feel free to grab a weapon and defend this country or GTFO.

And Ursh can be single as long as he damn well pleases.

They can't do anything on offense. Completely inept, really.

Isaiah Taylor's return to the lineup wasn't an offensive boon. Quite the opposite actually. It was more a harbinger of blight.

Pretty standard stuff that War Time Hero's aren't mentally stable and typically have a really tough time adapting back to society. Completely understandable and unfortunate reality that comes with the ugliness of war.

No reason you can't criticize his book or personality if he's using his experience to gain extraordinary benefits and wealth. He's putting his story out there and he made some mistakes when he got back. A few seem pretty seriously f*cked up. That's part of life, just because you're a war hero doesn't keep you from it.
