Trump is supposed to address these in the near future. One rumor has the administration making each one cost up to $50,000 more per year, making them more expensive than hiring a US worker. On average the H1B IT worker makes $70k. On average the domestic IT worker makes $90k. I would like the $20k bump to make the domestic and H1B IT worker on equal footing, no more than that.
