Hailstate App Issue. Anyone esle had this problem?

When I try to log into the Hailstate app I receive a message that says "Login Error....You have reached the maximum number of devices linked to your account."

I only have the app on 2 devices, iPad and iPhone, and it will not let me log into either one. Any ideas?

Just got a message back from fansupport that I have it linked to more than 5 devices. Said they will run a check on my email address and get back in touch with me.

Mine's OK, and I also have it on iPhone and iPad (only). I guess you've been using it too much ....

Same problem here. I'm getting the message about reaching my maximum number of devices..... What did I buy the app for then??? Totally pissed.

Here is the fix......

You have to email support at neulion, the link is in the app itself. They have to "unlink" your device and then you will be fine. They claim I have used the app on 5 or more devices which will lock you out. I have only used it on 2 so not sure where the 5 devices comes in. You are allowed to have the app and sign into it on 5 devices.

Took them about 3-4 hours to "unlink" all the devices.

I have never given out my sign in info or anything so I have no explanation for why it is showing on multiple devices but it is fixed now that the game is over.
