These are the things we need to be aware of in regards to our President's actions. Trump made a misstep sharing Intel (perfectly legal), and now there are consequences.
BS. It was common knowledge since we banded laptops years ago. Just more liberal pablumThese are the things we need to be aware of in regards to our President's actions. Trump made a misstep sharing Intel (perfectly legal), and now there are consequences.

Giving Iran 1.4 billion has far worse consequences. Ok, AP. I wasn't on this board when Obama was in office. I began seeking opinions on here when Trump won the election, because I'm curious about the mindset of fellow West Virginians. So, let's not constantly keep going back to Obama. I didn't even vote for him in '12 (although I regret that I didn't).Giving Iran 1.4 billion has far worse consequences. I'm talking about Trump. I have no problem with a President sharing whatever Intel he chooses to protect our nation. I do think Trump screwed up on this one though, because it was leaked. Leaks are bad, but at some point you have to put some of that on Trump himself. I was concerned about what the sharing of Intel with Russia was going to do to our relationships with allies. Now I see Haley is literally dealing with some consequences in that regard.
http://www.today.com/video/nikki-ha...give-us-a-reason-to-have-a-fight-950116419969With all due respect, you have no idea the context of her statement. Let me give you one possibility. The media breathlessly and erroneously reported that Trump told the Russians highly classified information. As everyone that attended that meeting attests, he did not. McMaster explicitly stated that was he told them was HIGHLY APPROPRIATE.
Haley realizes her colleagues read US media and she is assuring them it is not true and that we protect this kind of information. In other works, she is telling them the media is FOS.
I don't trust any foundation of narrative that originates in your head. Why put the leaks on Trump. You have zero proof he did anything wrong. ZERO. The media got a leak, but who is to say it is accurate. The only people on record (those that actually attended the meeting, say it was not accurate. McMaster, a highly, highly decorated and respected General, said that what Trump said was wholly appropriate.
I already gave you a different context for Haley's comments.
From CNN article:
"The US is working to reassure allies that the Trump administration can be trusted with sensitive information in the wake of President Donald Trump's reported disclosure of highly classified material, US ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said Monday.
Haley's comments on NBC's "Today" show come one week after revelations that Trump reportedly shared sensitive intelligence with Russian officials in the Oval Office earlier this month. The disclosure may have compromised a key Israeli source of anti-ISIS information. Trump arrived in Israel Monday as part of his first foreign trip in office."
So you're quoting this CNN story that specifically says Trump "disclosed" sensitive classifed information?
(reported disclosure, reportedly shared, may have compromised)
This is absolutely clear from the story Airport asked you to link aboout Haley saying she is now trying to clean up?
I asked you to show me exactly what it is Trump has disclosed that's so damaging which our adversaries now know and she is cleaning up? If it was disclosed and is now a matter of previously unknown information, what is it Trump spilled the beans on?
What's Haley's damage control trying to correct?
I don't trust any foundation of narrative that originates in your head.
Because it's his oval. If he wants to share Intel, fine, just don't let the world know he did. Maybe it's just more "flood the media with muck" tactics from the WH, but Spicer all but confirmed it.Why put the leaks on Trump. You have zero proof he did anything wrong. ZERO. Ah, such great Christian character.Frankly, I suspect on most occasions you lack the depth to understand the points. Either that or your mind is so closed, you are unwilling to even contemplate other alternatives.

"REPORTED DISCLOSURE" by the media. All who attended said he did not disclose. That is the damage control. Trying to contain the false reporting of the media.

When you start this kind of ****, expect to get hit back:

lmfao, freaking everyone in this administration is doing clean up duty for Trump,
Yup, and you can't even stand up for yourself Keyser76. Why are you avoiding answering my question?
Go to the thread on "wonder how many on the Left have seen any of this reported?"
I asked you for a position on Black babies being aborted by Planned Parenthood's eugenics policy.
Why no answer from you?
But I don't. You (despite your own opinion of yourself) are NOT an unbiased sourceWhen you start this kind of ****, expect to get hit back:

No. I listened to Spicer decide to let the media run with the story, and not deny it. I heard the General say Intel shared was appropriate. I have said all along, it's the President's prerogative to share Intel. I was worried about the effect on allies. Haley indicates there was an effect.I never said I was. I have always been honest. I am a conservative. When you flame, expect a return shot. If you want a respectful debate, keep it clean.
I gave you a legitimate context for Haley's comments. Media lies and distortions from a leak from someone not in the room. You choose to accept the leakers word, not the decorated people in the room. It's your decision, but don't pretend it is the right one, because you have zero idea.

Media war with Trump, leaks, Trump tactic, whatever.....it's time to stop the bs and grow up. If Trump didn't make a mistake in the Intel sharing....than he did in how the admin handled the story, imo. There is a difference between stating a story is false and saying the story was wrong on how they defined something in the story.
You already know the answer to that question.
